Maybe the late 1-1 had more to do with TPTB not having a good feel for what Jef's feelings for Emily were early on? They knew Emily was intrigued by him, but maybe he was not really vocal about what his feelings for her were and they thought maybe he wouldn't last that long? I have no idea, just throwing out some other ideas.

I would think they would be more comfortable around each other if they had known each other. Also, to me, Jef just seems like he doesn't think he has a chance. I would just expect a different attitude if this was true.

Emily's friend uncalum said Emily didn't know Arie or Jef before the show (people have speculated about her having met or knowing both of them). I'm sure some think the friend could be wrong and Emily is lying to her or whatever, but that's what was posted here a few weeks ago.

First everyone said she knew Arie, now it is Jef...it is sort of

But I know everyone has their own opinion of it!

Michelle at least knows of Jef. I would almost bet anything she clued Emily in on who he was. Does anyone else feel this?

Maybe....but i think it ended there, I highly doubt Em met him before.
Did Michele know he was going on the show before he left for filming?

Well she did warn Ashley about Bentley. Who knows, it wouldn't be that far of a stretch to think she might mention that her brother"s friend Jef was going to be on the show.

I agree or like someone said, likely knew of him. Another weird thing is the vid Graham/Michelle did with Natalie with Natalie wanting them to come back to talk about Em's season, and Graham saying it might be a conflict of interest for him, Michelle looked surprised he'd said that, he said something else but I forget. It was all strange though.

I absolutely agree with you...just by simple fact of how great Michelle was talking about him, saying he was a good guy, and she could wait to see how he comes of on the show, etc prior to the airing of the first show.

I totally feel like Michelle knew something of Jef, reached out to her friend Emily and filled her in about him just like she called Ashley and filled her in about Bentley.
Now whether Michelle. Graham, or Michelles brother know him directly that remains to be see, or if she knows of him through a friend, either way.... you can betcha she called her friend Em and clued her in.
