Paige is definitely taking some sort of break to decide what she wants her future to be - that's about all I know. Notice when she talked about the flowers she mentioned a "loving relationship". That's a lot different than "the flowers are wonderful, I love you so much and can't wait to see you". I know they are careful about getting to gushy in public but "loving relationship" leaves a big door open in my mind. I think we all want the best for both of them. I hope Paige realizes Minnesota has wonderful schools, vet clinics and opportunities to get into modeling/communications too. In fact it might be easier to do that than in the South. MN can be a great combo of country and city. But most of all we just hope the best for both of them whether that's together or not. I wish I could send Paige some of my "old-age wisdom" and help her figure out what's truly important long-term; but of course old-age wisdom is wasted on us old folks.

Yes, actions speak louder than words in more ways than one. I hope she meant shye never had a boyfriend at that age - we all know she's had at least two. In her Twitter pics it shows Paige is just plain happier in the south - tough for a guy to compete with that and maybe shouldn't try. Will be interesting to see if her and JJ get together in Nashville - both will be there in January apparently. There's no question they had a loving relationship but there does seem to be a question whether they've made a decision not to grow the relationship any more -- due mostly to all the downfalls of a long-distance relationship.

So sad to hear these two spent the holidays apart. I thought for sure they were another JP and Ashley. I wonder what made Paige leave Kruger farms, I thought she enjoyed that so much? I can understand her needing to find herself, her career, etc. Even though Paige was the star of SHA, it seemed as if post show all the attention and revolved around JJ. Maybe she felt a bit lost?? I really hope they work things out, they seems so perfect for each other. Keeping fingers crossed for a happy new year for them.

Thought I read she went part-time to Kruger Farms (though it never seemed like full-time in the first place); there may also be some non-compete issues too? I don't agree all the attention revolved around JJ but do agree she may feel a bit lost. She is smart to do soul-searching and testing opportunities now instead of regretting later. I hope she gives Minnesota a chance -- it does have about every opportunity she could want (except warm winters) and she could be a star instead of so much competition in the South and Northeast. She has such unique assets when combined together - hope she tries for more opportunities than just those based on appearance. As long as she's taking time to think she may want to think longer term than just a couple years.

I hope this is a good sign! I hope he feels better soon though

JJ left the cold to come visit in SC and left with the flu . Oh brother! Duke house is still sickness free though! — with JJ Korfe.

@RealityScape with regard to my comment about post show and JJ getting the attention, I was referring to JJ and his music career. Paige seemed to have jumped in with both feet really trying to help him promote his music career. Kind of taking advantage of the post show wave.. I'm not knocking it one bit, I think it's great that they had the opportunity, and you might as well go for it if you can, but was wondering if she got a little lost in the process. I hope they work it out, or whatever is best, they deserve it.

It doesn't seem like a good sign that this photo or any photo of JJ visiting SC was posted to their fb pages.....or even any mention that he was there. It also seems strange that he flew down there even though he had the flu. My heart hurts for him.

Paige Duke: Sorry ya'll and sorry I don't have more answers. I spent Christmas with my family and he spent it with his. I hadn't had time home in a while. Right now we are in a crazy time figuring things and life out and I just don't have the answers. We love each other and talk everyday still- just figuring out everything

Paige Duke No Jackie. This has nothing to do with a dream career even though its good to go after your dreams. We don't even think about the show. It was a year ago and we are just going through what all couples do and long distance and all that. I hate that people assume well they just did a show for their career. Ovciously not was not the case at all and if either of us got an awesome opportunity we'd both want the other to be a part of it!
