Ambien but only if you take it right before you go to bed.

To change the subject slightly, anyone have any good ideas on how to STAY asleep. I fall asleep like a baby but rarely can make it past 3 a.m. Due to a health condition, I'm really not interested in any drug solutions.

What time do you go to bed?? If you go to bed early you will wake up early. If you go to bed late then you will wake up later. Try chamomile tea it does helps

Hi, reason - usually around 10 pm. It matters not what time I go to bed. I have tried forcing myself to stay up late and still am wandering around the house by 3 a.m. the latest. Frankly, I think it's psychological, but that is another matter altogether. Thanks for the suggestion about the tea; will try it. :thanki:
