I hope that Bubba , realizing that the same thing is going to happen to him, tweets some major support for the couple today. He is in a position to do something good for them that will pay off for him as well.
I would think more of him if he did.

Since Bubba talked so much about how he would always protect Paige no matter what, I'd like to see whether he'll put his money where his mouth is now that he's no longer courting her. Especially since it seems like hearing from him might be the only way to get the angry pitchfork-waving mob of Bubba lovers/Jeremiah haters to back off. We shall see.

Great challenge for Bubba - "you promised to protect her no matter what". Maybe some of you can post that a couple places but don't overdo - don't want to seem mean.. I don't forget he said some wonderful things to her - he's a good guy - just not smiley enough for me; but she could use a little protection from facebook posters. I like that Jeremiah went on to say "you're talking about my girl". He's obviously gotten over how they talk about him.

Thank the heavens they are finally speaking out loud about this...now you all know why I have been so FRUSTRATED!!! I'll be posting more on this (and a whole lot more) in the days to come...stay tuned!

Beverly Harper Duke This is to my beautiful daughter, I havent talked to you since the finale because you are in Canada. I want you to know how happy I am for you and Jeremiah. You both deserve to be happy. You are in the public eye and there is nothing that you cnat handle Paige. You have been here before with negaive comments and you know how to have a thick skin. You don't know these people. Let it roll off of your shoulders. I know they can be mean and vicious but does it really matter what they think and say??? No not at all. The people that know you and love you are the ones that count. You could not have gone wrong last night with your decision. there was not wrong choice. You had two good men that are very deeply in love with you so how can it be wrong for you to choose one of them??? You and Bubba will always remain friends and people that think that you are not deserving of happiness is just dumb people. thats all. You have rode this rodeo one time and you can ride it again. cant wait to see you. I love you more than life. Dont let these negativ comments spoil your celebration.

Jeremiah was very protective of her and loving toward her last night even before the show aired. His facebook posts seemed to be very Paige oriented. I was very impressed how protective he was already being, sadly I guess he was just anticipating the backlash. hmmm

And I agree, Bubba needs to Cowboy Up!!

Also, my husband is so funny. Last night he said he wanted to be a cowboy since they always have an easy answer to everything with, "A cowboy . . ." When he left the house this morning he said he was going to buy a hat! rofl

What would serve Glassman Media and CMT right is after seeing all the hatred spewed at Paige and Jeremiah, Bubba tells them thanks but no thanks. Chris from Ali's season of the Bachelorette did just that.

I think Bubba and Tristan would make a sweet and fantastic couple. Both wonderful, caring people and both with strong ties to Alabama and the community there. Maybe they can find their own love story.

Bubba does deserve better, not because Paige isn't awesome but because had Paige chosen him, it wouldn't have been with her whole heart and it is never fun to only be partially loved.

I am happy for Paige and Jeremiah and hope that they can weather this storm. As Paige's mom said, she was strong enough to do it before and now she has Jeremiah to hold onto as they face it together. I bet he tells her everyday how much he loves her. kisses

, last night the rotten things that were said about Jeremiah and paige made me disgusted .

i hope Paige and jeremiah are too busy with their relationship and work that they have No time to read tweets or facebook .

once Bubba's back on tv maybe their childish tatrums will die down .

Can't wait to hear "the rest of the story", as Paul Harvey used to say.

Paige and Jeremiah have known this was coming for months, althogh they may not have seen it or expected quite the amont of backlash they are getting. They are both handling it very well publically, so far Hopefully they will get back to Clarissa this weekend and be surrounded by all the love and support of JJ's family and friends before they head out to South Carolina.
