^^ np. But who knows - maybe Jeremiah still doesn't put everything on the line lol, in which, I think I will start pulling my hair out. But I'm a little optimistic of their scene, at least what we saw from the promo where he says "everything I've set aside, is for meeting a girl like you. And I mean it".

yes... Friday can't get here fast enough! I didn't think I would have so much withdrawal from a show haha.

According to Jeremiah (he gave an explanation of the expression on FB) haha:
Uff da or Uffda or Uff-da no matter how its spelled, is often used in the Upper Midwest as a term for sensory overload. It can be used as an expression of surprise, astonishment, exhaustion, relief and sometimes dismay. For many, Uff da is an all-purpose expression with a variety of nuances, and covering a variety of situations. ooooufffffdahhhhh

Jeremiah is using it as a sigh of dismay as he is referring to what is coming up as another one of his "uffda" moments. He said it happens when he is singing at the bar...if they show what he thinks they are going to show...

A little useless trivia to fill the time:

"Uffda" originates in the Scandanavian culture. It was carried to the Upper Midwest by immigrants who settled here as farmers and miners in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Over the generations is became part of the vernacular for some and is used as described above.

Is it Friday yet?! :trampoline:

Yeppers...it is pure Scanda-nuu-vian! Lots of Swedes and Finns way up Nort.

When Jeremiah sang, "This Paige is You" at his viewing party, I laughed out loud at the line, "Head up North is what I was hoping to do"...so Minnesotan, that boy! Hugesmile
