Looks like where we stay at the Fairmont Orchid. Lots of nice hotels in that area with that beachfront.

They could be filming at the Mauna Lani, but I doubt Jesse is staying there. He wouldn't post so blatantly in real time imo. Also the screenshots from his insta story seem to be from somewhere else nearby ;) So the cast could be staying spread out over a few resorts like Joey's (or Jesse and wife felt like visiting another resort on his off day).

The last pic totally looks like the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid, although several big hotels in that area have the same type of view/look. Can't wait to see the eposode!
