My guess is there’s more than one reason for the break up & the primary reason isn’t a living arrangement. Theresa watched the same show we did & saw Gerry’s change of heart at FSD. Post-show info now makes sense of the conversation producers chose to air about Theresa’s successful career & Gerry had no idea she had done so well for herself. It starts to all line up & then more situations/circumstance comes to light. Then there’s the stuff only Theresa knows. ALL JMO
