Bachelorette 20 - Charity Lawson - Aug 21 - FRC - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Well, in the end, everyone is happy! Charity & Dotun seem very happy. Joey is adorable so how can you not fall in luv with him. Happy he’s Bachelor! Dotun & Charity get a trip to Greece & then DWTS for her. ABC must love her/them.

That whole scene with Charity letting down Joey was gut wrenching! He looks great but he also looked great with longer hair.

ITA about Jesse as host. I think he's a great host on here, the cooking shows, and doing college football! I feel like CH was too much the producer and Jesse seems to really care about what they're feeling and want to say.

The proposal was so beautiful! I'm so happy for Dotun & Charity!    Nice touch having their parents sitting beside each other and so happy over the proposal! Charity & Dotun look great and beaming. So nice that they get a trip to Greece! Congrats to Charity for getting DWTS!

I loved the video with Gerry and his daughters! So sweet! I'm looking forward to seeing his season!

I'm glad that they didn't have Joey give out a rose tonight. I wonder what's in the envelope?

@Jeepers  Saw an IG of Tanner watching the tv, then jumping for joy and saying there is no one more deserving to be the bachelor than Joey!

Well I was heart-broken for Joey and when he was going to get on one knee thinking he was going to be able to propose I'm happy both he and Charity are on good terms now and wish each other nothing but the best.

Dotun and Charity's proposal was sweet. Charity standing on the box Hope DWTS doesn't bring too much drama into their relationship (as we have seen in the past.) but Dotun seemed thrilled to tell her the news so I'm sure he will be front and center every week cheering her on. Greece omg so jelly!!!

Bring on Joey!! So happy!!!

Chris hosted the show for 19 years. Jesse is still relatively new to the job as he has only been hosting for a couple of years. I hope he doesn't get to the point that he is also phoning it in.

I didn't watch the first few years and even after I started, I wasn't paying that much attention...particularly to the host. Even so, from what I can remember, Chris seemed to become more jaded as the years went on. He seemed more sympathetic in the earlier years. That is why I said I hope Jesse can maintain this sense of being engaged in the process and the people going through it.

Tonight I felt there was no bitterness and no losers. Lots of mutual respect. Joey didn't get the girl, but is getting his own season and at least 25 ladies of his own. Dotun and Charity had a good proposal and are still together and looking happy. All in all, a good ending. One of the best in a long time and the first in a while that I didn't feel like I had to take a shower afterwards. Win, win and win!

Congrats to Charity and Dotun, heartbroken for Joey though, i hope all goes well for him as Bachelor
