The Bachelors was shooting at a luxury mansion in Brighton, just a few doors away from Shane Warne's former Melbourne home. [T]he six-bedroom property is located in one of Brighton’s most prestigious streets - Middle Crescent - which is in close proximity to AFL WAG Bec Judd's family home.





Filming began this month and will continue until August for approximately six weeks.

Warnie and the Judds? Sounds like they're filming deep within Rich Bogan Heartland.  

Also true to form, they allow multicultural cast to be photographed first, in a pre-emptive move aimed at fending off lack-of-diversity accusations, IMO.  They do it every year.  

So predictable and frankly insulting to the women paraded around in front of the cameras.  That said, they look lovely, and it's nice to see girls dressed for the weather for once.

Predicting that fairy lights will make a triumphant return this season after their noticeable absence in Season 10.  This house is BEGGING for them.

this is from last season, and I read it back then but it was linked on the side of the article about Locky and Irena's baby news. I read it again and that's when I realised I had already forgotten literally every single one of these people and how bad the season really was. And they're doing it again?!?!?

its funny to me how little interest there is in this franchise anymore, this forum would have done so much sleuthing by now and its just crickets

@leavers Yeah I think Ch 10 planned to leave it dead and buried but all the new shows they tried to get off the ground last year crashed and burned so with no fresh ideas they had little choice but to dig it up and hose it off and drag it around, Weekend-at-Bernie's style, for one more season.  

It's all just about meeting that minimum 55% local content licensing requirement IMO and even the production team seem bored with it.  A sad reflection on the state of Australian TV in general (and don't even get me started on what's being spread around masquerading as "news" at the moment!)

@Bobette There is quota for content to meet that might explain the lack of interest in this season. Does anyone know when it is starting or are we looking at another January date

@ule101 Yes I think it will likely be Jan 2024 (pre-ratings season so they can better hide the viewer count), by which time any relationships will most likely be over.  .

Nope  

Ratings are recorded for 40 weeks of the year (excluding 2 weeks for Easter and 10 over Xmas) so TPTB won't be too badly roasted if goes down in flames.

They seem to be pretty confident with that trailer though.  Old school romance?  It looks more promising than the Gold Coast trash of last season at least.

Luke would be my tip for a genuine relationship - the other two I have my doubts about.  Anyway I'm looking forward to this summer of sleuthing & snark.
