Bachelor in Paradise 8 - USA - Episodes - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Thank goodness this mess finishes next week! Not nearly soon enough.

That last part was actually hard to watch. I think it is good that people are self-eliminating rather than stick around if they don't find a real connection.

I always felt Kate provoked conflict with Logan just to have some camera-worthy moments. Her points never made much sense. But now I wonder whether Jessenia's confrontation of Andrew was also just to be on screen. Why didn't she just leave when Andrew clearly chose Enzy and went to the dance with her? Why did she stick around? There wasn't any new guy who was going to show up.

I did like the little bits of conversation we got between Michael and Danielle. And I really liked the elaborate braided hair she did during the day earlier on the episode. With her talking head they are setting up that she likes him more, so we will eagerly anticipate having Michael declare his feelings. He's so guarded; maybe he won't.

I think this was an evening of booze inflicted drama that was loved by production. That’s why Andrew spilled his guts about Teddi, Enzy was begging & bawling, and Jessenia talked in circles. I was so happy Andrew stuck to his guns & left. He was so done. JMO

Love reading all your comments and couldn't agree more with you all.  I still have 1 hour to watch.  Did I miss the evening portion of Micheal and Danielle one-and one date or was it now shown?  I must admit that Logan, Andrew, Johnny (and Jacob) grew on me.  I found them all lovable in their own way.  Especially with this season women who for the most part were not there for the right reasons!!!!!,  Did not appreciate Gabby and Rachel quick visit, just why.....

Neither Gabby nor Rachel did themselves any favors by bad-mouthing Logan. Logan had about as clean an edit as you can get from their season, and I haven't heard of any major tea since. Given that Rachel was hyper-focused on Tino from night one, and that Gabby never sent Logan home once he made the switch, I'm at a loss as to what they have to complain about. Yes, he dated around in Paradise. Isn't that the point? I will say that IMO he needs to make better choices (neither Shanae nor Kate were good picks for him,) but I will give him credit for trying.

Kate pretending to take Logan seriously as a potential mate is simply not believable -- unless she routinely disparages, and looks down upon all of her partners. Logan's simple observation that he wanted "out of the doghouse" should serve as a wake-up call for him that he deserves better than he got on Paradise. It's a real shame that he didn't pursue Lyndsey, who seemed a lot more his speed.

Aaron and Genevieve -- needed to break up sooner rather than later. Logan's observation to Aaron that he was "not himself around her" was spot-on.

The party was cute and fun, but the Andrew/Jessenia/Ency drama put a damper on it.

I was looking at Jessenia during her long conversation with Andrew, and thinking, girl, it's not you. Ency had at least some hope long term if she had not badly overplayed her hand. If she were wise about it, she would have kept it light and happy, and kept the door open for something happening after Paradise. It was crystal clear that Andrew does not respond at all well to pressure. Flo nailed it when she said, "That is not the way to make Andrew fall in love with you."

It was nice to see yet another adult conversation between Michael and Danielle. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be to get out in the dating pool again after your beloved partner has passed away.

Did Andrew pursue Teddy after BIP? Or did she? Why not give it a try!

We were too busy having fun in Disney World to watch the show so caught up over the weekend. I did f/f through annoying scenes including Aaron/Genevieve's ridiculous fight over itching/pain.

I would have liked the 2nd episode better except that Rachel & Gabby had no reason to diss Logan. ITA with @Amethyst on Logan and I still like him even though he has poor taste in some of the women (Shenae, Kate). Kate seems to be all about screen time and clearly doesn't want Logan in the long term judging by how disparaging she is about him and how she treats him. I'm sure he's been watching and has opinions on Kate for the after-show.
The party could have been more fun but they had to drag it down. I'm sure a producer was talking in Jessenia's ear but her timing was horrible. IA that Enzy would have been better off to play it chill and not push Andrew so much. I wish him better now that he's home. Last year it was Noah and Abigail breaking up but at least they continued the party.


Not looking forward to them forcing people to love or leave. Why can't the strong couples who aren't ready to get engaged still have a "fantasy suite"? I don't get it.
