Yes, I sleuthed it out in late April.  When this resort was sleuthed out, it matched one of Jesse Palmer's IG's that he posted.    Here's the link to the resort

I agree with you smg that Erich and Gabby are together in both of those swimsuit photos. You can see in the kissing photo that Gabby has the same gold bikini top on as in the jumping scene.
