The cap that you can't identify definitely looks like it's from the cruise ship. The exit signs above the guys head include (IMO) a graphic for a lifeboat with location "D" which is common on a cruise ship.

I still don't see where he would of gotten a HTD though with the known and documented HTD's.  They just wouldn't of had 3 HTD's back to back without travel days in between unless they were in the same town and that just isn't the case here. I tend to believe that what @smg2587 said about it being a European location is probably right. Guess we'll just have to see....
