This is getting beyond a joke. There goes basically any chance B&D had of travelling to WA via QLD in the New Year if they had plans too.

This is when McGowan has said he'll open the borders. He also said that he'll announce an offical date when they hit 80% double vaxxed, which they're expected to do tomorrow (16+), so expecting an announcement this week. But then again, with closing the border to QLD who really knows.

WA is officially re-opening their border on Feb 5th (54 days away).
I expect Brooke & Darv to fly over shortly after that date so D can meet the fam & Glenn and Alisha.

Noticed Darvid updated his IG bio this arvo and got a bit of a giggle from it. Interesting that he chose "video creator" when he switched to a professional account, and not anything related to landscaping / economics. Wonder if it's just for jokes like his bio (always wish we got to see the humour/fun side of people on the show), or whether there's a change of career coming for him next year.

They were reunited the day of the finale and it was the first and only episode they had got to watch together. Probably the best one to watch together, ha. They also hadn't seen each other in about 6 weeks. I wish we could upload videos, because the moment you're referring to is them watching Pete's video at the start of the episode. They were both emotional watching it.
