She looks very different when she was a dancer. I wasn't sure it was the same person, but then I read several articles, and one picture with dark hair confirms it for me.

Just comparing to last season, Rachael got the GD rose on episode 3 and her 1-1 on episode 5. Matt seemed pretty into Rachael early on. Maybe Gabby's getting a 1-1 soon.
