I think Greg was her frontrunner. She was different around him. With Blake she was more herself. I think Greg's break up confused her and she realized he really wasn't for her. Telling Blake the whole story, he was easier to talk to. Imagine having that conversation with Greg?

Greg couldn't handle it, to me he didn't love her otherwise he'd stick it out.

Why did Katie like the gaslighting post? From what we see so far, Greg's intuition was right.

I hope that sniffling was edited in since I don't think he was all that into her.
