Chicago is less than 2 hours by plane from Toronto. They also have similar climates...unlike LA and Chicago. It won't be that much of a shock for Serena if they are serious.

Despite the age difference I like these two together and am looking forward to seeing how this all develops.

@Sprite I know but long term? I can't see him moving to Toronto, so it's a matter of if Serena would move to Chicago. Dating long distance won't be an issue, it's a quick hop to Chicago from Toronto.

They are so cute together. I have no issue with the age difference, however 23 is young and not typically an age that's ready to settle down imo. She has a lot of life to experience yet unless she's totally in love, then none of it matters.

If one was 30 and the other 40, the 30yr old would be imo in a different stage of their life than a 23 yr old.

@GuardianAngel Oh, I get it. They are an unusual couple in the Bachelor world. It could all tank so easily, but I am curious about them and how they will go about trying to navigate all this. Very rarely am I that interested in any of these pairings, so this is a bit of a treat for me.

I think she seems very fun and outgoing, and he could use that right now. According to her IG story she had an outdoor party for the premier.

I like these two together as well. If I were Joe (and assuming that he feels strongly about remaining in Chicago,) that would have been one of the first things I'd bring up.

Maybe it was too soon to discuss moving, but maybe at least mention he wouldn't want to move, if that's how he felt. IDK

Kendall has often spoken of her strong attachment to her twin. IMO it presented a never ever live apart from each other situation. This differs from the identical Ferguson twins who have made location decisions independent of each other. With Kendall, it’s only LA always. That still gives her lots of guy options but Joe isn’t one of those options.
Joe, on his podcast, has mentioned he is open to moving to NY so it’s not just Chicago or bust.

@notarose I had no idea about Kendal, having a twin and reason for not moving. Thanks for that.

The Ferguson twins appear to be doing just fine (more than fine) living in different locations. One of them, last I heard moved to Sweden to be with her hockey player fiancé who plays for a Finnish team, and the other fiancé plays for the NHL in Vegas who signed an extension for a huge deal.

My point is there has to be a compromise for love, if not, it's not going to work because one will not be happy. Joe tried, but ultimately it didn't work, so I give him credit for trying.

As we know in many other cases it has worked where the couples are very happy.
