I've watched that several times. imo Neither one looks like Victoria or Greg to me unless he dyed his hair black and Victoria gained 50 pounds.

IMO it looks like VF & GG to me. Heavily incognito. Baggy clothes, GG with the cap, shades with no sun in sight. And I believe neither has been spotted, in the USA, since the news broke
