@Bobette I wouldn't be surprised if TPTB didn't do their homework (they should really hire us for that!) but it may never come out or wind up being a nasty surprise such as Steve and the brothel stuff from S1. Let's just hope Lexie didn't take him too far to to the end.

Yeah Steve got off lightly IMO since his ~ indiscretions ~ were only picked up here not by the media.  This rumour with Josh seems like it would be harder to keep quiet if true, which he must have known IMO so maybe he's just going to be an arrogant a** and embrace the villain edit.  I'll be interested to see his ep 1 intro.
