Late to the dialogue on this, but this chain of events seems believable to me. I expected that the edit would make Greg look bad & I also think the edit will overdo Blake’s doubt. This scenario also fits with the clip of the woman saying “if he doesn’t propose, I don’t know if she’ll recover”.

I just read this carefully.  So the insider is reporting on the finale, but not the ATFR?  "Don't know how exactly ATFR will go since Katie or the guys weren't actually there."  Did this person just "see" the finale? I'm a bit confused.

Yes. They saw finale during blocking the day before atfr

Yesterday Tayshia posted a story in which she no longer has braids. She specifically gave the date as July 24 because the story was about her getting the call 1 year ago to go to Palm Springs. She said she was posting at near the exact time of day as well. Zac also makes an appearance in the vid so everything points to it being real time.
 If on ATFR she has braids then it is proof of it being pre-filmed unless she has braiding done again.
Today she posted an old pic with braids that she previously posted as an IG story around July 10 or 11. It’s possible tptb was not happy (speculation) about her posting an IG story without braids because that could potentially spoil when ATFR was filmed.
It all hinges on what Tayshia’s hair looks like on ATFR

Another possibility is that the clothes Tayshia, Kaitlyn, and Katie were wearing to camera block/rehearse are not what they wore for the actual filming and that the picture was about rehearsal for MTA. I’m not sure why Gary Cannon posted then deleted the pic but I’d say there is a chance it wasn’t just prior to the actual ATFR. Maybe but I’m very doubtful.

The reason Gary deleted the picture is because you can see Katie's engagement ring which is a spoiler JMO
