I think it could have happened sooner if it wasn't for the breakup. I understand now why they cultivating their relationship more before taking that leap. So much was a whirlwind anyway so I am sure both want a marriage to work. You can be even older jump in a marriage don't mean it will work because of your age. I believe for them they are doing what works best for them to build that foundation & then move forward when ready. JMO.

It wasn’t all smooth sailing for the couple after they left the show. They broke up but were able to patch up things which is great. No need to rush into marriage, regardless of age. I commend them for taking it at their own pace.
