Don't know about Philadelphia but the cannabis industry is CA is challenging. The legacy illegal growers still control the vast amount of product, although the legitimate (licensed and tax paying) growers are trying to establish a foothold. Then you have the processors, distributors and retailers. Each is taxed, although CA is trying to roll back the taxes in an effort to help the industry operate legitimately and still be able to make a profit.

Ari seems like he's got a real talent for business. With Kelley's legal expertise, they could make a really strong team in whatever industry they chose.
