^^ IMO it is not the same floor. And the door handle are different too imo. This pic tells me she is leaving... says 1 day ago. So I assume she went to NYC for 3-4 days ? Tuesday to Saturday? What is the temperature in California? Because in NYC it is pretty chilly.

So she has a Louis Vuitton expensive handbag and snickers. This is the outfit I would wear for travelling (minus handbag LV although I have pretty ones )

I don't think that's a clue. Why would Tayshia be at the friend's house? If she was on a SHV, her and her F1 would be at a secluded place.

I heard some tea Brendan is back with a ex (not the wife but another one) so I am going to be legit shocked if they are somehow together. In my mind SHV never lie (as much I wanted them to sometimes i.e. Tyler and Hannah B haha) and those never have pointed to anyone but Zac

Zac's parents had a very important anniversary today and (imo) I think T flew in to quiety celebrate with them which makes his sister Big Big Plans story more of a hit IMO

Maybe not. It looks very empty. No furniture. Is she visiting a new apartment? Is it Zac condo? Hotel?

I remember Ashley and JP were in an hotel in NYC.

It looks like the friend lives in LA now but knows Brendan from MA. They could be staying at this place in Boston. Like I said it’s a long shot but there are similarities. Not sure it’s a match though. I couldn’t find any other pics of this place to compare.

Floor is pretty standard but it looks very similar and wall color too Zac sister). This was the 45th anniversary of Zac parents. He posted a pic 7 hours ago which was probably not live as it was taken by someone else. So I assume the event was Friday. The pic tayshia posted says 1 day.IMO

So I believe they were at the event. It is possible they stayed in a guest room at his sister. If she is official with his family, I see this possibility. She is wearing very casual as I would wear in a family reunion daytime.

I read or heard someplace (cannot remember where) that he was dating a model.  Is this what you heard, was it in LA that they dated?

I have hard wood floors.  The finish on Zac's sister's floor looks glossier and well kept.  It could be lighting or that Tayshia is in an area of heavy traffic which tends to dull the finish...or they could be photos from different times so wear and tear is different.   

This for me has been a real hard season to figure out.  In a tiny way I feel RS' pain, but only in a tiny way.

The last pic has daylight vs hers that don’t. But this is a possible scenario that I won’t dismiss. It makes sense to me that she would participate in such event, especially if they are engaged. A great way to present her to his family. I don’t see why the absolutely not.

Those hard floors are pretty standard but it looks like the same style. One room can be slightly different but imo top and bottom match

I also look at their outfits and she fits perfectly with his family imo

Hotels have mostly carpet I think ?

In the scenario where they got engaged over Thanksgiving weekend (when we saw the possible engagement ring) that was 2 weeks ago, so it was time for another SHV this past weekend. If the Thanksgiving weekend SHV was in California, it’s possible that they had a little celebration with her family then. This past weekend might have been a joint celebration of their engagement with Zac’s parent’s anniversary. Zac’s sister lives in Northern NJ so perhaps they stayed there. All IMO
