Bachelorette 16 - Tayshia Adams - F1-F4- *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Just curious, if a B'ette doesn't get engaged until after the show, does the fiance end up paying for the ring? I'm guessing yes.

Someone posted an interesting theory about the order of the F4 HTD’s on Reddit. It all may be a coincidence but if you look at the show’s bio for each of the F4, following the full paragraph description there are bullet points.  Here is the first bullet point for each guy:

Brendan’s says: “Brendan can juggle” — possible carnival date where he juggles for Tayshia and teaches her to juggle?

Zac’s says: “Zac C. is a proud sneakerhead” - no need to think too hard on this one

Ivan’s says: “Ivan's favorite foods always come from his mom's Filipino cooking” - the description of the date says that Tayshia receives a cooking lesson from one of the greatest chefs in the world.  

Ben’s says:  “When he's in a relationship, Ben loves to show affection through writing love letters” — Ben could be the last date where he shows his love to Tayshia through letters?

On Bachelor Pad Blake & Holly were engaged off the show before the finale with a Neil Lane ring, The engagement was filmed as was a visit to a NL store. That’s the only somewhat related scenario I can think of.

I guess as long as they can air the proposal, it’s a free NL ring.

I wonder if those pictures were intentional, considering how she answered Ellen. Either as a red herring, or a deliberate spoiler if she actually is engaged. Both Rachel and Becca told us they were engaged before their seasons, so it’s not that big of a deal.

It definitely got people talking, and IF it’s actually an engagement ring in those pictures, it will make RS look like a fool since he always dismisses SM sleuthing and will cling on to what he’s "been told".
They’d love that (me too ).

@mbl  I've gone back and forth in my head so many times

 The only one I consistently kept was Zac with the sneakers date.  I kept thinking if Brendan left, did Tayshia meet his family.  So, I re-watched portions of the date last night.  Now I do think Brendan is the carnival date, I agree on the juggling and it fits with small town and Brazilian heritage.   

I am still struggling with Ben and Ivan.  The quotes around "best" cook did make me think maybe Ivan's mom.  But then Ben's friend
is a legit chef.  Ivan seems truly emotional about his brother's visit so that would go along with a surprise guest.  But, what I didn't know or forgot (reminded by re-watch) was that Ivan was struggling with whether to propose.  So maybe he's the one who hasn't told her he loves her yet.  With all that Ben shared with Tayshia, IDK if I think he was struggling to say ILY.  

All in all, this will be a HTD episode I'm really looking forward to.

@blueblues  RS IMHO made himself the fool when having Tayshia's ex husband on the podcast.  I kick myself every time for thinking he might actually have something correct and interesting to say.  

I too am wondering about the ring.  It looked very tasteful and I guess I am not fond of the OTT Neil Lane rings.   

I am however fond of Tayshia, and wish her all the happiness in the world.  TPTB did pull together an interesting season.

So I listened to Higher Learning this week with Tayshia. And they asked what celebrities she would choose to bring on her season of the bachelorette. She listed Liam Hemsworth, Michael B Jordan, and then said Matthew McConaughey (which she said she always goes to for her celebrity crush.) So Tayshia does follow Matthew McConaughey on IG. And then I checked Zac’s IG and he follows (recently) Camilla McConaughey (Matthew’s wife).

In my mind this confirms Zac is F1. I could see them joking about Tayshia following Matthew so in (fake) retaliation Zac follows Camila.

Does someone remember when/if Tayshia  gushed about Brendan recently?

I know in a recent interview 12/7 she said her mom would have given Brendan FIR, because he’s sweet and he’s like a momma’s boy https://heavy.com/entertainment/the-bachelor/the-bachelorette-tayshia-adams-parents/, but I am not sure if that’s a compliment. Does she imply he’s not a grown man? Jmo.

I have a theory:
She picked Zac. They were/still are happy together.  They probably  heard Brendan-is-who she-wants, thought it was a good way to distract people from the real F1, so Tayshia hyped up Brendan.

But now she doesn’t like many people think less of Zac/their love story, or is tired of RS incorrect spoiler, so that’s why she posted the story of her wearing the diamond ring and didnt truly deny it, didn’t deny her feelings for Zac in the Ellen interview,

BTW, I checked her IG, can’t find any posts of her wearing diamond.
Also, look at her post on 11/17. Brendan’s head is blocked, compared to the one she removed Zac’s Speedo tag.

Benoit proposed to Clare after the WG with a NL ring. (I know that never happened according to reality by Clare but there is video proof on YT )

I like what you're thinking and snipped just to point out re ring. Also, nice catch on the ray of light that is conveniently across Brendan's face.

I went through her IG when I read the post that she likes to wear diamonds. Very few, not even a handful of pics on her IG show her wearing a ring of any kind.

@sdmom I thought producers sent a bunch of pictures to the contestants and leads to use?

I am not sure but I think I saw the exact picture elsewhere. It seems to me that it is the light that cross his face and not intentionally photoshopped
