There were many, many comments that just talked about Zac/Tayshia being together, so the fact that she chose to endorse the two that brought up the possibility she is single is interesting. I understand that others might have a different interpretation.

That sub likes to run around as if their heads are cut off.

Since I made one of the comments that she agreed on, I took it to mean that she is not officially single but the Zac relationship is not a forever relationship.

I still go back to Tayshia randomly posting that story about rooting for the Boston Celtics.

Brendan’s a big fan and it’s just so random for a California girl to go out of her way and show herself watching a basketball game between two teams not from California and say she was rooting for the Boston team. This was before RS had his final spoilers out there too if I remember correctly so her potentially tying things to Brendan like she’s still doing started before the Zac spoiler was even out there. It’s all so interesting and confusing.

Supposedly, Ben said on his BHH interview that he doesn’t know who Tayshia picked. I say “supposedly” because I haven’t listened to that interview but read that. I can think of a couple options as to why Ben wouldn’t know the F1: someone comes back and Ben gets sent home as F3 so he doesn’t know who was picked of the remaining 2 men (Brendan and Zac), or Ben was the one on that sofa who leaves and he comes back only to be sent home again as F3. Any other ideas as to why Ben doesn’t know who the F1 is?

I honestly don't know if she's with Zac or not.  I am not good at picking the F1 since I almost always like someone else in the mix for this role.

That being said, even with Covid situation and the Clare surprise, this season is strange.  TPTB are highlighting Zac, a lot.  I don't see the edit as being an F1 edit.  I like Zac, I'd be ok if it's him, but I also still have a thought that it could be Brendan.  I have no idea how this season plays out, how him leaving possibly plays out.  But when I see them together, to me, he's the one that she wants.  I could see him as a post filming choice, with them being in contact after she either leaves alone, or has a break up with Zac.  There are too many quirky things for this to be a regular happily ever after with no dramatic turns IMHO.

IMO I think whatever the outcome at the end of filming, that’s what Tayshia’s current situation is. If she’s with Brendan, then they ended the show together. If she’s with Zac, then they ended the show together. If she’s single, then she ended the show single. Since filming ended, there’s no switch in Tayshia’s behaviour, nor any of the guys, and when there’s post show shenanigans there’s always a shift in behaviour from at least one of the people involved. Someone shows themselves being happier, or sadder, or angrier, or the lead changes the way they talk about the guys during interviews or podcasts.

As for Zac’s edit, if he’s really F1 & they’re still together, I can understand it, especially if they did get engaged (we know how much the show loves the to have seasons end with an engagement). TPTB have shown that good edits go to people who do as they’re told. Both Zac & Tayshia strike me as rule followers. I don’t think she was difficult to work with during filming like some previous leads have been. Zac’s lifestyle & his experiences makes him an open book so he was probably easy to deal with in terms of ITMs and being open about his feelings. Neither of them have done anything to spoil the ending in a super obvious way. Brendan leaving would be the dramatic/“interesting” twist every season needs. And Tayshia & Zac would have the advantage that TPTB don’t need to sell another guy in her F4 to the audience at the final couple’s expense because they already have their next bachelor.

@gabriele I do think the spoiler about Brendan leaving is a strong possibility. So, the spoiler out there could be correct. I just think that's not the whole spoler and he maybe comes back. Now, that would be shocking/surprising.
Even if that's not the shocker, I do feel whatever it is is tied to Brendan.

re the bolded: Unless Brendan’s ex has changed her mind and decided she now wants kids I’d think he wouldn’t get back with her. For his sake I hope he doesn’t if that’s the case as he’d just be heartbroken again.

I recall that same poster made a later post saying that Brendan and the ex are just friends.

I think she’s either single or with Zac. I don’t think Brendan is involved after he leaves, but I do think she’s not over him.

I keep changing my mind about Tayshia’s relationship status every day because I feel like all the little clues we’re getting aren’t pointing to one clear conclusion like in previous seasons. There’s stuff like Zac watching the AMAs and Tayshia hinting at being on an SHV, but then you also have Zac not acting like a loved up F1 and Tayshia acting like she’s more in love with her F4 than her F1. And I can’t imagine that all her Brendan gushing on podcasts, posting their date on IG but not her date with Zac, and liking and then reposting the gif of them kissing is to “throw people off” when no other lead has ever done things like that when they were in a good place with their F1, and the only people who even pay attention to this kind of stuff are us weirdos who already read the spoilers  

Idc how mature you are, who is realistically going to feel secure with your girlfriend/fiancée feeding into the perception that you were their second choice? I would think that if they’re still together, Tayshia would be trying to protect their relationship more. Like, Kaitlyn and Rachel initially had foilers out there and they STILL couldn’t help themselves but constantly hype Shawn and Bryan. But I also agree with the comments that Tayshia is too self aware to pull a Mesnick (and I don’t think that she would ever chase after someone who left her, Brendan would have to be the one to reach out to her for something to happen IMO) or show up to ATFR single, so idk what to think.

My best guess is that the post-filming stuff actually isn’t that dramatic, she and Zac will be together at ATFR (but in an awkward Chris/Whitney, Nick/Vanessa kind of way), she’ll spend the press tour denying that he was her second choice and saying that she always had doubts about Brendan, ect. Then a few months later they’ll break up and in 3 years time Tayshia will go on some podcast and admit that Brendan WAS her first choice and she actually still had feelings for him the entire time her season was airing

@Hawaii Girl when was all the gushing about Brendan and the posting of them kissing? I must be missing something because it’s plain as day to me that Tayshia was intensely falling in love with Zac during the season based on what we’re seeing on our screens and Brendan, at least right now in the season, is not a factor. That may change tonight, I’ll just have to wait and see. In terms of her post season media, Tayshia’s IG post yesterday seems influenced by Zac’s work/messaging and in Zac’s most recent IG post his responses to comments have the same vibe to me as Tayshia’s and I think she may have helped him with that. I think they have always been together, they left filming falling in love, Zac as much as Tayshia did not want to get engaged, and they may have gotten engaged over the Thanksgiving weekend. All IMO

@mbl Thank you for talking the words right outta my mouth.  The only love story I’m seeing, so far, is between Tayshia & Zac.

Yes Brandon and Tayshia had a great 1-1 on her first episode but I really haven’t seen anything since.  Whereas they are showing a slow burn with Zac from her first night when they made “new wishes” at the fountain (which I still want to know what they wished for, ) to their first kiss on her first group date, to last week when Tayshia said “yes, she was absolutely falling for Zac”.

Yes, I agree and see she’s had some cute interactions with Brandon since but she’s also has them with Ivan, Ben, shoot even Noah.

Now if the rumours are true we’re going into HTD and not one family member/friend came to support Brandon and he decides to leave as the thought of proposing (rightfully so) is too soon IMO if he was falling and/or in love with Tayshia he could’ve stayed and not gotten engaged at the end as IMO Zac & Tayshia do.  And I don’t see Tayshia running after, getting back together again with Brandon. She already played that game with JPJ.

IMO she left with Zac, is still with Zac and I wouldn’t be surprised if the did get engaged over Thanksgiving and she intentionally flashed her ring as a way of telling BN and Zac that she’s committed to him as IMO Tayshia was given the short end of the stick with a reduced season, not the usually fan fare a Bachelorette gets as it seems they’re reviving up promoting Matts season while hers  has yet to play out...  JMO
