A penalty of course for Montreal for high sticking. They almost got a short handed goal, Price stood on his head making saves. They killed a 4 minute penalty! But, Habs vs Refs and they scored! Josh Anderson on his way down, falling, scores.

Unbelievable!  Although I do not think the Habs will win that Stanley Cup, we are too far behind and Tampa is a very good and strong team! But when I saw Anderson's goal last night, it just reminded me of why they won all the other games, that 2nd effort to win it.  The Tampa mayor must be happy that their team is coming back to Tampa to win it over there! What a ridiculous and unsporting comment she made yesterday!  Anyway, the Habs gave us a season I never taught possible in a million years!  It will make us a sronger team and maybe some players will be more open to come and play for Montreal in the future!

I totally agree! I've been saying since the first round, they won't get through the Leafs. Then Winnipeg, they swept the Oilers they won't get past them, then Vegas, they have one of the best goalies, and now Tampa! Unbelievable determination and hard work. I know they are a good team, and they are not performing at their top level right now, but holy cow, they earned that one!

I love seeing Cournoyer, Lafleur, Roy being introduced!!!

That Tampa mayor was wearing a red white and blue shirt when she made that comment.

Well, whatever happens, they have totally proven against all odds, underdog's from the beginning, what they are made of.

I thought I'd keep track of #Havs vs Ref's. They have been despicable all series long. This is all during the first period.

During the Vegas round. High sticking, 6 stiches, no call.

When asked if he got an explanation from the refs as to why no penalty was called on the play, Perry said: “I’ve heard a couple of different things … it was a follow through, it was a puck. They didn’t know for sure. But we all know it was a high stick.”

I was so sad last night! Sad for the team! They deserve to win it! I hope we get to go to the finals again, it was incredible!

It was a difficult loss considering what they've gone through. Barely making the playoff's, fired coach, new coach, then he got COVID, played 45 some odd games in 60 days, and on and on.

Congrats to back to back win's for Tampa, not an easy feat.

There's lots of speculation why the Habs exposed Carey Price, none of which I understand.

I like the Kraken's GM, Ron Francis but if they take any of my boys that I like I won't be happy.

The Kraken's selection of 30 players, one from each NHL Club with the exception of the Vegas Golden Knights, will be revealed live from Seattle in a special 90-minute broadcast on Wednesday, July 21, at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2 in the U.S. and Sportsnet, SN NOW and TVA Sports in Canada.

The 2021 NHL Expansion Draft is being conducted under the same rules for the Kraken as the Golden Knights in 2017. Current NHL teams were able to protect seven forwards, three defensemen and one goaltender, or eight skaters (forwards/defensemen) and one goaltender.
