Re: NHL - Regular Season Games - Playoffs - #3
@Linds911 that was such a great game, like the old days. Then of course they lost the next.
The NHL has done an amazing job, knock on wood organzing the return of hockey. I have read a lot of info on how they created a bubble around the respective arena's. Amazing work! No one comes in, no one goes out. Although we've seen the Boston goalie opt out a few hours before a game. It's tough mentally for these guys to be in that bubble even though they have a huge area and everything they could want in their bubble.

I read too that they may consider letting some family members join for the next round and then the family of the 2 teams in the SC finals. That would be nice since I'm sure the players are home-sick.

It looked like the Lightning was going to win but Dallas did it again. I think TB are the better team but Dallas keeps finding a way to win like they did against favored teams on the way to the finals. While they're not my team, we live in the Dallas area so gotta root for them here.

@albean99 I'm glad for your city! If they win there'll be a parade! There were so many chances for TB but the puck just didn't go in.
It doesn't matter to me who wins, they both have 13-14 Canadians on their team. If one team had far more than the other that's who'd I root for.
For me, the SC finals are always exciting! Especially during this unusual season, IMO it's been great. I even liked the piped in fan noise and music.
I have to give a big to the NHL with their extensive bubble planning. Not one NHL player coach staff etc tested positive.

I'm sorry Dallas fans, they gave it their all but just couldn't get it done.
Congrats Tampa Bay Lightening! They were swept in the first round last season so this is big for them. What a season, what a great final game! I'm so glad this season was salvaged and worked out so well!

Congrats Tampa Bay!! I am glad they won in Game 6 and not in OT Game 5 mostly because I want the Kings to continue being the last team to win the Cup in OT I don't know if the Lightning can have a parade so I hope they can celebrate with their fans in some way. Also loved seeing video of Stamkos with his first SC.
Props to the NHL for having no positive COVID cases as well!

@GuardianAngel you got a good player! Take care of him!
The Canadiens have agreed to terms with forward Tyler Toffoli on a four-year contract (until 2023-24). The deal has an average annual value of $4.25 million.

Re: NHL - Regular Season Games - Playoffs - #3
very happy about that!!
He's awesome. I remember watching him in the outdoor game with the Kings and googling him. He's from the Toronto area, so it will be great for family and friends to travel to Montreal for home games, (which isn't too far) or Toronto for away games. (That's if fans will be allowed)
Fun fact, his father was the General Manager of the Toronto Jr. Canadiens when Tyler played with them.
