Why does Demi have to know why Cassie and Colton broke up? It really isn't her business. She asked 50 times? If you asked once and were shut down, stop asking. If people want to talk about it they will in their own time.

@Sprite I cant agree with you more! It raises my respect for Cassie to be that strong and keep whatever happened or her ‘ real reasons’ to herself. That must be so hard to be constantly poked and manipulated to try to access the ‘ truth’. And we all know, it wouldn’t be private anymore with any of these BN people having access to your private and personal feelings and reasons. It’s that entitlement mentality - both from participants and super fans- that is insufferable but par for the course apparently now. Very sad.

This is one of the things I like about Cassie. She has been through some turmoil in the last two years, both good and bad. Filming the show, the sudden fame with all new opportunities as well as the scrutiny, and then the public breakup. Through all of it she has consistently worked hard on her master, and it seems like she will be graduating on schedule.

It’s impressive. It also probably kept her grounded.

Cassie Randolph has filed for a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Colton Underwood three months after their split, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

Online court records show that the graduate student, 25, submitted the paperwork in Los Angeles on Friday, September 11. She cited Domestic Violence Prevention as the reason for the request.

More updates, even more disturbing

TMZ's obtained the court docs in which Cassie claims Colton's been stalking and harassing her with unsettling text messages. She claims Colton also went as far as planting a tracking device taped to the bottom of the back bumper of her car to keep track of her whereabouts.

And, then there's this ... Cassie claims Colton's been showing up uninvited to her L.A. apartment and parent's house in Huntington Beach. She claims he takes obsessive walks to her apartment complex and loitered in the alley outside her bedroom window at her parent's Huntington Beach house at 2 AM.

Cassie -- who says they broke up in mid-April -- goes on to claim some of the harassing text messages included accusing her of hanging out with her old ex-boyfriend. She alleges Colton also sent anonymous text messages to her and to himself pretending to also be a victim of the anonymous stalker. Cassie claims Colton later admitted to sending the messages and planting the tracking device.

Oh, wow. Although it's unsettling, for some reason this is not a huge surprise to me, that Colton may have an obsessive personality. The best thing for him would be to go cold turkey on Cassie, not talking, texting, seeing her, etc. Hopefully the restraining order, if granted, will help to bring that about. IMO he needs time, maybe a lot of time, to emotionally recover from his feelings for her. And Cassie in turn needs to block him on her cell phone.

I also have to wonder if Colton is keeping himself busy enough. Cassie is in a demanding graduate program that takes up a lot of her time. Once finished, her job will keep her very busy as well. Perhaps Colton needs to assess if he has enough meaningful activities in his life.
