@Vjeff I believe the exact word the DM journo used was "bullsh*t".  Still good enough for them to plagiarise though obviously.  

It's like getting a free meal at a restaurant, complaining it's terrible, then going back the next day expecting another free meal.

Just thought I'd revisit some caps as I have time on my hands.....

Early season, I thought this was Roxi, but it can't be?  Is it Irena?



I also thought this was Steph, but it couldn't be, unless it wasn't shown? Or have I wiped stuff from my memory

I also thought that was Steph, and thought the top one was Nicole at first glance, but it can't be.  

ETA: Unless they resumed filming way earlier than was disclosed, and these dates occur post-break but pre-F5?  

This definitely looks like Steph to me, and bottom girl's hair doesn't look straight enough to be Irena?

Yeah for me top is Steph and bottom Irena..they must film earlier than F5...

Alrighty let's see if we can work these out.  The top one with Roxi was from last night yeah?  (I still haven't watched - motivation is low ).  These are my best guesses - let me know if I'm wrong.

Bec has enough SCs for F3, so IMO it might play out like this:

Madelyn and Bel don't return post-lockdown, Roxi and Juliette go almost as soon as they get back to the mansion, Steph and Kaitlyn stay just long enough to get SDs, then it's Izzy F4, Bec F3, Bella F2, Irena F1.  

Does that all fit?

ETA: Oh wait I forgot about Nicole...

@Bobette It would fit if they had a week or so, but if filming resumed on 6 July and the final 4 RC was on the 7th, as per Matrix, it just couldn't imo. Something, somewhere is wrong imo.

@Agent99 Yeah you're right, it still seems off.  Did filming actually resume on the 6th or was it earlier than disclosed I think is the main question.  When was Locky last sighted in Perth?  

ETA:  OK so we have this pic of Locky & the Perth Survivor gang on May 19 and then IIRC there was no sign of him until this article saying filming had "kicked off last week". Hmmmmmm......

Maybe they resumed around July 1 with a CP where Roxi & Juliette fight and leave, then they film Bec, Steph & Kaitlyn's dates in quick succession (2 days per date max) then the F5 RC?

That still seems super tight though.

When Locky was filming the virtual dates, he was in the Bach pad wasn't he? And yet we know he was in WA in April and May.
I also remember reading an interview with Osher and he was saying he wasn't comfortable leaving the house to go to work, filming was on hold etc (here)...
And in NSW I recall lockdown starting to ease a bit in mid-May.
So maybe all the lockdown filming didn't kick off until late May, when Locky was back in his NSW pad. And perhaps they brought back some of the girls individually for SDs but didn't film at the mansion. What were the NSW rules around gathering sizes? And does that include the crew?
To get around this he saw the girls for SDs only. So we have him kissing Steph on a balcony somewhere (?), Irena next to a kombi, Bec on a raft, Izzy in a warehouse surrounded by red string... Gradually letting girls go until they're down to 5 and they resume filming at the mansion on the 6th of July.

@bondi_blonde Yeah I was toying with that idea too - it is a possibility IMO.    It would have taken quite some time for them to set up the Zoom dates, organise all the gear etc, so it might have been weeks if not months before they started up again.

DM could just be completely wrong that filming resumed early July, or perhaps they meant full cast & crew back at the mansion resumed then, and they were unaware of the one-on-one Bach Pad dates, which could have been happening throughout June.

When was Locky caught on that girls' IG story?  

ETA:  It was May. This article implies that he had been doing the Zoom dates from WA, but I agree he could have returned to the Bach Pad late May/early June for the one-on-ones.  That IG pic from May 19 might have been a last hurrah before he left Perth.  

And these quotes totally fit with what I'm seeing on screen right now - I see no genuine interest from him towards any of them:

The SC above with bella and caption 'I really feel like getting pretty strong feelings for her' was the cocktail party kiss from this week.
Agree that combi kiss is Irena. Its more obvious in the video.

I thought Steph might get a late SD and hence this cap, but after looking at it again, imo it's Bec.



ETA Nope, got that wrong.  Steph it was, although actual kiss wasn't shown.

Interesting -  looks like this cap is from tonight's ep.  Surely he won't feign interest in Steph at this stage.  Hopefully it will be a mutual decision to leave with dignity.
