Bachelor 24 - Peter Weber - Feb 24th - Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Another question: why does Madi say “if he sleeps with anyone else”? She says this in an ITM at the RC after HTDs. It doesn’t seem like she’s going to sleep with him herself and this comment was before FSs. Oh, maybe this ITM was filmed later?

For a second there I thought Madi found out about HA sleeping with Peter and issued this ultimatum before VF’s FS. That would have been hysterical. Peter would have sweated bullets and VF would have been maaaad.

She obviously knew he slept with Hannah B in the windmill if she is a fan of the show.  Her comment may just be a general comment about that.  Just my thought about it.

IMO, we really need to see what is actually said coming out of their mouths.  There is so much frankenbiting in the previews this season that it really isn't funny at all.  TPTB have upped their game this season and are really trying to amp up the drama that IMO is not really there.  Also, IMO, I think it will be a real let down when we do see what actually happened. Just like, VF will not be put on the hot seat about her past at either the WTA (if she is on it) or the ATFR.  

Something I have been curious about this season since the girls are all staying at the same place during FSD week has to do with the actual overnight dates for each of them.  The card usually says something about "forgoing your own rooms to stay together in the fantasy suite".  I always took that as each person had their own room to go back to if they chose not to do it.  Yes, I know they were never at the same place before.

However, this season the FS is at an actual different location for both VF and HA (from where they are staying) so were there separate rooms at those locations for the girls instead of returning to the shared room.  IMO this would make it look like the girls did stay (yes, I know they did but...) even if they didn't.  So, we have never actually seen a room for Madison/Peter.  Could they have separate rooms at another location that they stay in even if they don't stay together?  So will the other 2 girls not even know if she did stay with him or didn't unless she tells them the next day.  There are so many different things happening this season that are not normal that until we see the episode we honestly will not know what is going on.

Because, honestly IMO, I can see Madison saying yes to the FS overnight as long as he respects her boundaries for no sex and they spend the night talking.

Guess TPTB have done their job... they have confused EVERYONE! Even RS!

I think they come back after Peter leaves their morning portion the day after the FSD.  HS is first and she is always the one talking with Madi in different outfits.  We never see Madi talking with VF.  

HS is curious to me, because she is BFF with VF and not Madi.  

Madi is right there at the same place they are staying.  I don't think there was a room set up for them.  I think Madi goes back to where they are staying.

New preview with the dinner portion of Victoria's FSD. Most shocking thing about this one is she doesn't get up and leave the table.

Exactly. This is what Madison said in the episode preview:
"I wouldn’t be able to move forward if you have slept with the other women."

The bold parts are when we see her face. There are some odd pauses as well. Yes, these words came out of her mouth, but not necessarily in that order, or even the same day. I am in a wait-and see mode right now.

@HavaDrPepper IMO i don't think that Madison will say yes to FS. I think a big part of her coming on the show was to have a better witness of her faith than Luke P was able to get share. I recognize the family dynamics for her and I am pretty certain as a role model for her community and sisters, she would feel like this would not set the best tone for her intentions.

@smg2587 VF and Peter are the definition of insanity. But, this could be the moment we understand VF. Like maybe there is a reason....like he was asking for.

I'm not sure if she will or won't.  It would be the perfect (and only) opportunity for them to have conversations without cameras around so I'm keeping my mind open that it is a possibility. Especially if she makes it known up front while cameras are still there that it will be for talking only.  Let's put it this way... I won't be surprised if she refuses and I won't be surprised if she doesn't.

I'm hoping leaks come out after the WTA taping tonight about the episode though!

Emily still did the FSD's though, the viewers thought it didn't go any further.

That is an option for Madison/Peter as well if TPTB go along with it.  We know they have their tricks (JoJo/Ben microphones very close to the bathroom when they tried to get away from the cameras ring any bells?)

@smg2587 This girl is EXHAUSTING! I cannot believe how Peter is so wrapped up by her avoidance strategies! Again we have the words and the body language that are all CLEAR AS DAY that she is avoiding any true self reflection or analysis, taking zero responsibility for any of her questionable and immature behavior, therefore preventing any true communication between them.
She lowers her gaze and avoids eye contact, mumbles and whines ‘I don’t know’ ‘ I’m trying’ and the only thing she is looking for is to be rewarded for that and guess what : IT IS WORKING  because HE IS still rewarding her for being evasive.
Now, I’m expecting to see a little more of that convo and she may play the card of the abandoned by father messing with her, and fear of not being enough etc... that would be typical and hook up Peter into more ‘ pity’ or sympathy for her as it’s obvious he needs - (ETA : maybe not need but LIKES the feeling of being the champion) - to be validated by playing the good savior knight in shining armor type to feel a connection and be attracted to a woman.
The thing is that when she is confronted with any possible questionable actions, she attacks like a bulldog and then retreat.
What a game ! Looking forward to hear what happened at the WTA and if she was able to hold herself better.
