Lily just posted an IG story stroking a cat and I couldn't help but notice the MASSIVE RING on her finger.  

She rarely wears rings, and nothing this chunky.  You know who designs massive chunky rings?  Richie.

Yep it makes sense IMO.  

The finale must be within the next couple of weeks surely (do you have a TV guide you could check?)  so this was probably their last SHV before that.  

Wouldn't be surprised if TPTB had a meeting with the girls before Lesina flew to AU, then Lily and Richie skipped off for a 2-3 day break.  Nice.

Just noticed Richie was wearing what appears to be this watch (and similar ring) when he first kissed Lily on the show.  Might just be a show sponsor or brand affiliation but still... noted.
