IMO tptb benefits from “unofficial” leaks. Not only does it create fan buzz but it also has many tabloids buzzing. Great PR for the season.
If Clare and Dale (unverified) do quarantine together for all or most of filming, that would be the longest SHV ever and would give them all the time they need to figure it out. It would also simplify things because the film crew is already there and COVID tested so could pop in for filmed updates.

So we can at least acknowledge now that, yes, Tayshia is the new “Bachelorette.” Who are her guys? When does she start her journey? Did she already? Are guys being flown back in having to quarantine again for a week? All questions we don’t have answers to now.

But Clare has definitely moved on with Dale in some capacity, we don’t have confirmation they were talking pre-show but we assume they were, and her story will be shown when the season airs in September. That’s where we’re at right now. Will update as I hear anything more.

This is wild and the season isn't even halfway finished filming. Does anyone else think it is kind of interesting (and possibly not totally coincidental) that this info starting coming forward right after speculation about Becca and Garrett possibly splitting up was in the news?

Man, I sure hope so. Someone mentioned on Reddit that Ben heard that the men all knew she was into Dale and some wanted to leave. I kind of wonder if there was a Kaitlyn/Nick type of situation that occurred, the men were all really pissed at her and wanting to leave, and she just didn’t want to deal with all the negativity and rejections.

A Reddit poster announced Tayshia was at the filming location. IDK if s/he said it was because she would be Bette or just speculated.
