Bachelor 24 - Peter Weber - F1-F4 - Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

No idea how exactly the girls chat gets started but I remember it seemed like a long wait before HB showed up to the RC after FDs. I think it will be similar this season and somehow the women start talking and it all comes out.

I think this show has jumped the shark with all the drama. I will finish out this season and then go back to not watching it anymore. JMO

Right from the beginning we learned the season would not be spoiled, that along with some previews, and amazsing sleuthing, told me the FRC was not filmed. Along the way I've seen Peter pretty serious and stoic only claiming he's in a happy place or whatever he said. To me that means nothing, this is a non spoiled season, therefore  he's not going to gush about being happy and in love.

Then there are other times I think he messsed up at bit such as when he was on Nick Vial's podcast, "Freudian slip" convinced me he is with Madi and that has been my gut feeling all this time.  

Since it's a no spoiler season, I have looked into the smaller details, from sleuthing and on Jimmy Kimmel he says "and you'll pick the winner too?" 4:55 so there is a F1 When Jimmy mentions Madison, he puts on a very serious face, unlike laughing when HS, or Kelly's name is mentioned, as if he's trying to keep the poker face with Madison's name being mentioned, 5:25 then he's smiles and when JK says HS is the winner, I think I hear him say in an excited voice "alright", (as if he's happy JK didn't guess correctly) we see him say "we will see" smiling when JK says HS is the winner 6:00

What ever the actual dates are the fact remains Madi did not get on SM until 2-3 days later after HS and VF.

As per @smg2587 The word association game, Rachel mentioned what comes to mind with the word Rose, and he couldn't say because it would give it away.
Both Peter and Madi describing their first date as "perfect".

There are so many clues from sleuthing in the link, and that's the reason I've always felt he is with Madi. How he gets there is the question.

To me, Chris H basically said he was afraid that Peter was going to pick Madi, so they wanted to end that option and set up everything to make Madi fail. When that didn't work, Chris H went into 'Pappa Chris Mode' and production probably had Madi come late and made it seem like it was all on her.

Chris has the audacity to claim that Madi is like Luke P when Peter himself keeps denying that Madi made an ultimatum. He makes Madi out to be some femme fatale. Madi never came running to him crying to Peter that someone was mean to her (she could have done that on HS and VF and NEVER said a bad word about them), she wasn't the one claiming she was falling for him first, just so she'd get a rose. I don't get why Chris H is so freaking mad at Madi!

IMO, because Madi didn't partake in any of the drama, she stuck to her guns, and she wasn't moldable to what TPTB wanted. Basically, she didn't create any drama, so they tried to create the drama with her.

I don't see why Chris would be mad at Madi unless Peter truly ends up alone when all is said & done. If Peter chases after her and she agrees to date the season would end just like Colton & Cassie just dating with the added plus Peter just had a season that was unspoiled for as long as it was, keeping viewers watching.

Was he this harsh when Cassie left? I remember he had a bit of a tone when he was talking about Colton manipulating them to protect Cassie when he was giving his list each week and that's why they thought he'd fall back to HG, but I can't remember what he was saying at the time about Cassie. I think it was more focused on the fence jump because that was prominent and that they lost Colt.

Same reason that Kelley wasn't invited to the WTA... she stayed away from and didn't create any drama.  It also appears that Kelley and Madi are close post filming.

IMO, if they set up Madi to fail, then they set up Peter to fail as well if that is who he wanted in the end.  Way to crap on your lead CH.

Why was he "afraid" Peter was going to pick Madi?

They messed up with Cassie and Colton, verified previously. She got a lot of backlash during her season for listening to her Dad, and her edit appeared she wasn't interested in Colton. I've never read any celebrity books but I'd be interested in reading Colton's. There were mind games played on both of them IMHO. Here's just one of many articles on CH's comments. Note the last paragraph then spinning it into miscommunication. The article sounds familiar.

When asked if the show let him down, Harrison admits "there was a little anger and animosity."

"I just think it was a little miscommunication," he added. "We're only there to facilitate him finding love, especially at the end of the show."

Derek posted somewhere that Kelley wasn't invited, because she became very disinterested to the point of rudeness or something? I have to find that post! Sounds like BN sure has a ton of gossip when they aren't even part of the show.

I think CH and production wanted Madi to be Bachelorette. I personally would not want that. I am tired of sexuality having more focus than anything else. JMO.

I think your right. She was becoming a fan favorite and gaining followers ahead of anyone else and that's what they look at . Well She's with Peter OR not with Peter and still refused it. jmo

If Peter gets hurt by Madi in the end and he ends up single by ATFR, and Madi isn’t interested in being the next B’ette, then I could see production being salty with Madi. jmo
