That apartment looks really nice particularly by NYC standards! Great views and an actual kitchen. Definite upgrade from the futon!

Most fall breaks are only 1 week and that is if the school even has one.

Speculation on reddit is upwards of 7K a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. A poster knows the building.

@Norcalgal It's obvious where it is because Matt's IG stories pretty much gave it away.

Matt’s ig stories had the building name. Thankfully they’re probably in a secure building otherwise I’d be nervous for them.
