@seton nah! No need to further investigate. The coordinates and tag to "Facebook HQ" may have been created by another random person and people just use the tag as it pops up first when they begin to type in "facebook". I just thought it was weird Dex would follow Matt. But there doesn't have to be any reason why.

here is a map of where LES is from where GH lives (NoHo).
from a financial viewpt, it's one of the cheapest areas to live if u want to below 14th st (which I indicated with the red line) so makes sense.

ExtraTv also just posted that Tyler did a sit down interview with them today as well.

@okkaayy I was thinking the same thing. I can see if he’s got some big things coming up, but to ask about HB or anything Bachelorette related now is like beating a dead horse, IMO. Everyone has moved or is moving on. It seems to me those questions should have been asked 2 months ago. Just my opinion.

I remember Lauren Zima similarly doing an interview with Peter months after Rachel's season ended. I think Arie's season may have even started airing and I thought that was strange because yeah, didn't seem like he was promoting anything.

I did think it was odd how little press Tyler did right after the season ended. If I remember correctly, I think he only did Nick's podcast and Ashley and Ben's podcast, which was very strange for someone who had become such a major factor in the season. It felt like he rushed back to NY and just went radio silent.

So I wonder if this is his management, whoever it is, advising him to do them since he's out in LA anyway for a few days and it's a way to keep his name out there for whatever it is he may have coming up soon. Not a bad plan, IMO.
