Still not sure what's up with this lot.  Ciarran saying he's leaving NT, Sam R moving there (so presumably Renee staying).

ETA: Oh @Dirty Street Pie I just had a thought - I reckon if John Paul Jones appears as speculated upthread, Abbie would make a beeline for him. He's got way more IG followers than any of the AU guys.

Oh that's interesting.  Elly wasn't on the "leaked" castlist but Sogand was - maybe she's going later and trying to deflect.

@Sundy Yeah I'm hoping that means she's in going late.  Really late.  Like, the day after they finish filming would be good.  

I'm thinking TPTB may have deliberately flown their Big Fish out early to avoid the Cup controversy. LOTS of shade being thrown at Matty and Laura for promoting animal cruelty.  I think Abbie tweeted something about it (probably from lockdown in Fiji...)

Yes, Abbie has posted a couple of "nup to the Cup" things in her stories. Can you schedule stories to be posted on a timer? Otherwise she's doing it from lockdown, or her sister is posting for her.

Rachael posted some stories earlier saying that she wouldn't be going on BIP because there were no guys from the franchise that interested her, which I would respect if I thought for a minute that it was true, and not that they hadn't asked her because she didn't villain how they wanted her to, and then she didn't follow their rules.

I can't work out Sam's motivations for posting all these throwback pics/stories on IG. If Ciarran and Renee are still together and pretending not to be so they can "reunite" in Paradise, she's not doing them any favours. If they've broken up, posting pics of them in happier times seems insensitive.

Maybe she's just trying to make it look like she's friends with the Cool Kids? I'll certainly be very interested to see how Ciarran and Renee interact on the show and how they're going to play it. Also looking forward to seeing whether any of this lot pretend not to know each other because if so, duh.
