You mean grill Madison?  How about Peter asking her that question? It's none of Chris' business.  IDK, maybe  if Peter took the time and listened to what the hell Madi's parents were saying.  Seriously, how could he not know?  Didn't he ask her about her dating history or relationships?  Or did he just assume like he usually does?

I have never seen Chris so freaking flustered that he just blurts out that Madi is in the F2.

Every day I wish more and more that Madi boarded a plane and got the hell away from this stupid, fake show.

If the rumor is true that Madison has been seen at the Burbank airport, with possibly a producer, it could be a few things but I do not think it has to do with Bachelorette. IMO she may be there for fitting appointment for the AFTR and the People shoot, which would be in about 2 weeks time IIRC.
She may be shooting something with Peter who would join her, to show at the AFTR but, usually that’s not done in Burbank so ... let’s check Peter’s IG as well.
It could be also a ‘ special’ meeting with TPTB IF she - and Peter - were found to see each other in Atlanta, thanks to fans and broadcasted all over, without the proper ‘sanction’ producers and location. I’m not sure what they could do, but if they don’t like what she did already, they may fine her or find a way to make her life more difficult; restrain some of her IG posting etc... I HOPE that’s not the case, but let’s see how she is on IG in the next few days!

They haven't chosen The Bachelorette yet and I do think it has to do with the finale.

I agree with you that it is not about the possibility of being the next lead.  Not after CH's comments about her this week. He would have built her up, not torn her down in these interviews.  Just doesn't make sense for them to head into a season where they have been negative about their "star".

The only thing that does make sense to me is fittings for the finale but I have a gut feeling that she will be in California from now until the final.  It is only 11 days from now. The People cover shoot is usually the Friday before so that is only a week from now.... unless they need to do it earlier because Peter will be working when they normally do it.  He appears to have been working more this last couple of weeks so maybe he is trying to get in as much as he can before he takes off to do post season press and maybe some time away with Madison.

Just some thoughts and IMO.

The huge game is on Sat.  So, if she is back for that, it may be for a 'WTH' happened interview.  If not,it's a hint for the People shoot.

Of course, HS is happy.  The producers love those that do what they want. IMO

Madi doesn't want a fake engagement and that pisses them off. IMO

It is a huge game but it is also on CBS nationwide so she could still see it from wherever she is at.  Right now she is under contract with TPTB and she has to be where they say she needs to be and when.  She may miss this game and the last 2 of the regular season but may be able to make some of the SEC tournament and the NCAA tournament.  Those are more important in the scheme of things. Both of those will be post show and she can share them with Peter

I agree about HS being happy, she is getting her influencer lifestyle out of this as well as moving to LA to be with her friend, HG.  I still say she is prime BIP material and she'll come out of there with her engagement like HG.

First of all, I don't know what it was that Madison saw in Peter during Hannah B's season that made her envision a life with Peter where he would become this "strong spiritual leader" of her (their) imagined family.  This perfect family with Peter, who all of a sudden changes into someone who fits the mold that Madison desires her future husband to exhibit, just seems like a fantasy to me, because I don't think that that is who Peter really is.  Frankly, I am not sure if Peter really knows who he is.  IMO.

From what I have seen of these two together, their relationship reminds me of a couple of teenagers in the early stages of a budding romance.  There isn't any real substance to their relationship that I have seen.  It hasn't gotten past that superficial stage yet.  Both of them appear to struggle making decisions.  While Madison is conflicted, Peter is clueless.

But, if they are currently "trying" to date in the real world right now, it is my opinion that it will be Peter who will have to prove to Madison that he is a changed man.  And I just do not see a scenario where Madison would be willing to move to California and to leave her church and her family behind.  I also think that these two are way more different than they are alike, and if they spend more time together, those differences will become more obvious once they get past the infatuation period. All JMO.

The last epi left off with 1 rose on the podium and VF and Hannah standing there. Something about the edit made it seem like they waited a long time. Since the WTA synopsis says the final 2 women meet with the Webers that means another rose comes into play. That says to me that the foreshadowing of Hannah saying she wants to be chosen will come into play because adding a rose will IMO have a consequence in how she feels.

I wonder some variation along these lines could have happened?

Peter could have insisted on the FD that they get him a rose for Madi, he offered it to her and said he was sorry (blah, blah, blah) and that he understood why she was so upset and he was giving it to her to show her he wanted her to stay until the end, but it was up to her.

Then he tells her to take some time to think, show up at the F3 RC with her rose if she accepts his apology and is willing to try to work it out.

Thus, one rose we see sitting there during the F3 RC (so viewers think it's only between them with the camera panning up to showing the girls asking where Madi is) since technically one rose has been given - if she accepts.

TPTB (of course) make it seem like Madi is still deliberating until the last minute (when we see Peter looking so unsure, plus the girls asking about her) and then Madi comes walking in with the rose she already was given, and pretty much says yes.

Then obviously they have the remainder, but really the only official, part of the F3 RC and he goes on to pick HAS and VF finally leaves.

Nope.

I think the single rose is after he has already given out rose #1.  We don't see the girls at all in that scene so all 3 of them could be there.  RS seems to think the first rose goes to Hannah Ann then the second rose to Madison and she hesitates but does accept.

TPTB just didn't have Madison get there as early as the other girls IMO to mess with Peter.
