The "source" for the update is someone unnamed who told Life & Style (a tabloid that is IMO pretty infamous for quoting unnamed sources in their stories) who states they don't think Tyler would rekindle because it "would be too complicated". Say what? Seems to me that couples breakup and rekindle relationships pretty frequently and they don't find it "too complicated" - so why would it be too complicated for Hannah and Tyler???

Let's consider some things. During filming Hannah pondered if she was in love with Tyler or only in lust with him. I'll take either for now BUT lust is an important part of a relationship that transcends friendship. Not to knock friendship though - in the long run being in a committed relationship will find you spending more time as friends than you do as lovers; my best friend is my wife and she's been my best friend for several decades and I don't think that's so unusual. And both of them have stated that they still have feelings for each other - Hannah going as far as saying she "grieves the relationship". They developed an emotional connection before they got to the point of it turning into a physical one as well - and that emotional connection was deep enough to reduce Hannah to tears the morning after their FD. She was stunned to realize how quickly that connection built. And Tyler doesn't seem to have lost any of his admiration for Hannah - he still thinks she hella strong and admires her as a person and he was quite enthusiastic about having that drink she invited him to share with her. And now, their relationship doesn't march to the show's drummer - it marches to Tyler and Hannah who are now in complete (well almost) control of it.

And aside from this connection on multiple levels between Hannah and Tyler, there's another factor. Rekindling would make this the 3rd "switch season" of the franchise. In the first season the lead got deep criticism (undeserved IMO) for breaking up with his original F1 and it took months before that died down. The second switch season ended up with the lead getting skewered for breaking F1's heart and she got her own season - and again it took months before fans saw the good that came out of that for all patties involved. But this season there are a lot of viewers who don't respect the original F1 and actually want to see the switch be successful. There would be far less disapproval of the switch and little time for support to turn around to be strongly in favor of the "new" couple. To put this in a nutshell - many fans WANT to see a switch instead of many fans being aghast and critical of a switch. Big difference.

It's just my personal opinion, but I think it would be more complicated for them to stay apart than it is for them to rekindle based on the foundation they share. Put these two together and just let their attraction work its magic and there you have it.

@Tiggerlgh Thursday around noonish or just after he posted an IG story of a screenshot of Hannah & Tyler on the couch at ATFR and captioned it saying Tyler's his boy and better marry his sister. He deleted it like an hour later.

I saw that  on his Instagram too. He had a tv clip with them on after the final rose part 2 on the couch. Marry her bruh and a .
