What's the DWTS spin for them going to be? Tyler competed for love on The Bachelorette and didn't win, can he now compete against Hannah for the Mirror Ball? Who will come out on top? Literally speaking, that would be Hannah 'cause girl likes to straddle but dance-wise I might give the edge to Tyler with his "almost dance minor."

If this actually happens I need to find my post where I championed this ending (if H&T were together) - strictly from a marketing perspective. I thought it was a no-brainer that ABC would want to extend the reach/visibility of their unconventional post-Bachelorette couple as well as plant 2 extremely socially popular contestants on the show to help draw in new, younger, etc... viewers.

The Ben/Lauren post-Bachelor show was a bust. Winter Games didn't receive rave reviews. BIP has low-grade trashy success. So how do Bachelor execs extend the life of their franchise? Gain more viewers? Reach new demographics? Boost social engagement?

Until they develop a new concept (Bachelors on Boats, Bachelorettes by Trains, etc...)...it just might be a more in-depth crossover with DWTS. More BTS footage of a happy couple practicing together, competing, supporting, etc... an extension of the couple's "love story."

TPTB might not offer it to every couple. But a couple that has 4 million+ instagram followers as well as passionate/rabid fans and celebrities invested in their relationship, IMO, it would be INSANE to not at least extend an offer.

Oh my, I shed a tear watching this. It is actually all those things but most of all tragic. I do believe that Hannah was very conflicted in the end and probably had doubts as soon as Tyler left and even during Jed’s proposal and singing. She said at ATFR that she grieved her relationship with Tyler and I believe her. I don’t think for one moment that he is her second choice and if they truly want to be together, then they will. I hope they stay level headed about the future.

Yup. This is why i'm not worried about a showmance. I think them (especially Hannah) and their families have been telegraphing where their feelings are for each other for a while now. DWTS (assuming they're on) is a great opportunity for exposure, a fun experience, and the start of what will be a very lucrative careers for both of them.

I think they were having long phone calls / facetiming, etc  one another since mid June. The bachelor franchise knew about the people article ahead of its release, imo, and Hannah would have been in those heavy conversations. They have to act like it was a surprise. But no way is that not a huge topic with the abc execs before it’s release. All jmo.

ETA: turning to Tyler to discuss it all would have been a natural reaction. Imo
