To me, Tyler fell hard for this girl and when he found out about the Jed thing I think the love he pushed aside resurfaced. You could see it in his SM change. He really believes Hannah opened him up in a way no one else has. IMO, Tyler would like nothing more than to be the man that gives Hannah a happy ending after-all... because he loves her and wants that ending for himself too.

I am from South Florida and there are guys that look like Tyler so I'm so confused by this "he looks like a fuckboy" narrative. He looks like your typical athlete. He even dresses like your typical millennial guy down here. Maybe I'm so used to seeing a bunch of Tyler's idk. The Miami- Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach County has some beautiful people.

I think the seeds of doubt about him being f**kboi were planted at his hometown date. Then the spa date and its physicality pulled her back into thinking that about him thus her putting on the brakes that night. By morning she had a whole different perspective of him.

But, she still had to deal with Luke and quite possibly Jed (since we absolutely do not know what dates were filmed when except for Luke). Those 2 guys did a real number on her and clouded her vision again.

I guess we don't truly know who she had sex with. I have wondered if, for Hannah, it was more about Luke trying to control her. This is a long post and and maybe not worth reading for some but, here goes......

As I watched Hannah and Luke, I was overcome with how much I related to how she was feeling. I was raised by a very authoritarian and religious (yet unchrist-like) father that shamed, guilted, judged, and whose love came with conditions. When she started to get mad and fight back, I felt that in my soul. It wouldn't surprise me if, for her, it didn't matter whether she did or didn't, it was that he was trying to tell her that she shouldn't. I know how that feels and it sparks a fire deep in your belly and pushes you to maybe even up the ante just to shock and send a message that can't be ignored.

Anyway, I was so fascinated with the conversation that I took a bunch of notes, but here is a little bit of it.

Luke:
-there are so many things that i want for myself and from my future wife. You know,  I want it the way I want it. Do you know what i mean?

-I want to make sure from now on that things are known how there supposed to be

***Regarding intimacy in the FS***

-I gotta believe that that's not something that you should be doing

-I want to hear it from your mouth

(Holy cow!!!!! His words chilled me to the bone. And, plot twist, I'm a Christian that waited until marriage that believes that pre-marital sex is outside of God's will!)

Here's how Hannah responded:

-Sex is a very big deal to me. I've said...I had sex with 2 people in my life and it was long relationships that I thought were going to be my husband. But, some of things that you said... I don't agree with at all. And honestly, I'm kind of mad because... the WAY that you just said that...it's like why do you have the right to do that? Because, your not my husband!

-it's just that you are questioning me... that your judging me...that you feel like you have the right to... and you don't at this point.

(I left out a lot of "likes" to save you all the annoyance but this exchange was profound for me)

There was so much more that I took away from that date and their conversation but what I saw was less about whether or not there was actual sex, and more about Luke showing her just how conditional, controlling, and judgmental a life with him would be.

Wow! There seems to be undertones there. The proposal was still in Greece therefore the mess with Jed is included in that “rough sailing in Greece.”

I agree. It’s so obvious she wants him back. She’s basically saying it outright imo. I think she was scared of him, was confused what a loving relationship is and spent too much time figuring out what to do with scumbags 1-3 of varying levels of scumminess. Now that time has passed, it’s clear she knows she’s made a huge mistake and why she did it. I think this would be really convincing for Tyler to take her back, if he’s still interested, over the bachelor role.
