However, one thing to note is that many athletes involved in physically aggressive sports such as rugby, football, hockey etc. have challenges  with this. It’s in the nature of the competition.

It doesn’t mean that they are necessarily going to be abusive or violent in relationships.
Consider for a moment how many people we know, and how they  handle anger.
Some people walk out of the room when upset or angered. 

I'm gonna call BS on justifying Luke's uncontrolled aggression by attempting to link it to being one of the "many athletes" with the problem. Uncontrolled aggression OFF the field is NOT the nature of competition, IMO.

Russell Wilson, Kirk Cousins, Phillip Rivers, Tim Tebow, Matt Barkley and Landry Jones are just a few Christian NFL players that never exhibited uncontrolled aggression off the field. Curtis Paul, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Jeremy Lin are a few Christian NBA players that never exhibited uncontrolled aggression off the field. Obviously, I'm by no means comparing vertically challenged, born-again virgin Luke to athletes of this caliber.

Luke would have done well, IMO, to walk out of the room one time when he was angered. But that didn't happen.

@FLChica Luke was a baseball player for a very small school.

I agree. I think athlete = aggression is not a fair analogy to justify Luke’s bad behavior.  So what if he gets some support? I think the overall opinion out there is still super negative on real media and social media. He has a toxic behavior and his religion / belief is bordering cultish IMO. It’s righteous Christianity which is not espoused by Christian churches I have attended. Yes, any religion or belief has varying degrees but you can never impose your belief on anyone else. Yes, you can share but impose, definitely not. Gaslighting, manipulation is all there is to Luke. No justification for his toxic behavior throughout the season and I can’t believe Hannah only saw it at the end. She put blinders on from FIR and that’s her fault.  She lived and learned from that. All my opinion.

It's interesting, I thought Hannah followed her, and I know for a fact Tyler did a few days ago.  I remember it because I was surprised that he was and looked twice to make sure I wasn't seeing things.  But neither are following her now.  This woman still follows Hannah

My husband was a professional athlete and we know many present and ex athletes and none of them have these issues. So, to say that MANY of them do, is false. An emotionally healthy person can be aggressive in competition and then turn it off outside of the game. With the exception of the ones on steroids and IMO, Luke shows many of the obvious signs of “roid rage”.

And a healthy dose of narcissism imo. He told Hannah I want what I want or something like that. But it’s his use of twitter challenging Ty to fight under the guise of a good cause ? Spewing hate. Forget editing . That’s who Luke is showing himself to be. Also the toxic bf who won’t let you go until he feels he’s done with you. I truly think he’s a textbook narcissist . They can charm when needed and punish you like no others when you cross them.
