This is not the one I found that was mentioned on trip advisor. The picture I saw had a green door, it didn't look very nice from the outside, but since this person on trip advisor mentioned they stayed there before and was looking for it again, I thought it must be a decent place to stay. No pictures of the inside though.

all the windmill places i have seen(and i now might have to add staying in a greece windmill to my bucket list) they seem to be white inside i am starting to think windmill guy is peter

So, we have s/caps of Elounda peninsula all suite hotel, Elounda golf and spa luxury resort and with Elounda mare they are all part of the same complex Elounda SA Hotels and resorts.
Sixsenses spa, Alio and Oglio restaurant and other amenities are all shared between all three hotels.
Also there are two yachts that are part of the complex, blue one which I believe might be for Peters date and white one where I believe is Hannah alone in that one s/cap.
So, basically Jed, Peter and Tyler are all in the same place . Here is a photo of all three hotels and yachts in front of them.

We haven’t seen screencaps of the inside of anyone’s FD hotel room except Jed’s so the white ones still may work.

More thoughts: Knowing that all the Jed stuff has come out and how hard this has been on Hannah, I keep thinking that it would really be a low blow for TPTB to include the windmill stuff UNLESS it was someone OTHER than Jed? I know, I know, they’re evil and have no moral compass and could care less about anyone’s mental state, but still..... they need to keep Hannah somewhat tamed to get her through the next few weeks, don’t they? I can’t help but think it would be a nice parting kick in the huevos for Jed to hear that Hannah might of had some fun with someone other than his sorry lying a$$. Probably wishful thinking.....

This background for Luke's itm does not look like Santorini IMO, it has the same stones as Cretan hotels we found, so maybe that is when he pops up in Elounda as well.

As for windmill gate we could exclude only Luke for sure at the moment

Update:  I don’t think this is a possibility after all. It’s very rustic. Doesn’t even have hot water. I just can’t see it working.

Are we certain that the windmill is the site of the overnight? I sort of felt like the windmill sex happened during the daytime portion of a FD and the "did it again later" sex happened on the overnight. It may not happen all the time but IIRC sometimes production will let the lead have some extra time with someone once date content has been filmed.

No, not certain at all. I’m unsure whether they get alone time during the day portion; I can’t recall anyone ever saying that they did?

Great find @bluwavz! Have we been able to locate the SC of Hannah with Peter in the flowery dress, presumably his FD? The dress where we also see her speaking about FD’s in an ITM.

Just throwing this out there:  tptb have been known in the past to "edit" photos as to color etc.  Could they show us Tyler in his ITM interview in the now famous salmon jacket and then edit the color on the jacket of the guy in the boat/bed with Hannah?  It looks like she has on a silver slinky dress.

On this ITM I believe I have seen either Jed or Peter with the same back ground! So it could be a set up for ITM’s!
