GA, they are 15 km apart ( I believe that is about 9 miles).

Yes it could, but if he is really questioning her about Luke (we do not know that for certain), I believe he would do it for FSD while Luke is still around and not LCD when he is already gone JMO

It is not the best angle, because in s/cap we see the other side of the boat, but I think it could be a match.

I'm not sure the boats are the same. The s/cap boat has a much bigger bow and looks like a larger sailboat. Could be from the same area though. IDK

I don't think it's Jed. His body and shape of his head looks more like Peter to me as mentioned by @lettore.

Aglio Olio is at Porto Elounda (it is a sister resort with Elounda Mare and Elounda Peninsula) The Beach House is the restaurant at Daios Cove. The decor is very similar. IMO the argument with Jed is at Aglio Olio because the Beach House does not have the arch architecture and stone walls.

I believe the sailboat is a match as well. Both have a white line along the top of the hull (right word ?), and the rope seems to be attached at the same place on the front mast post.. thingie.
