Makes sense they are executive producers since they said they talked with multiple outlets before choosing to go with CNBC. CNBC was the one that saw the same vision they had about the show.

I got the feeling that HGTV did want them to be the next Chip and Joanna but that is not the vision they had for what they wanted to do.

Interesting theory. Though I think Jordan would be on the show more like the analyst rather than the host fielding questions. Maybe they are looking for him to be a part of the daily lineup either in this program or another no idea
