I’m on Hulu Live and got episode 1 tonight. It was a good episode and I thought they did very well. I guess I didn’t understand how it worked. I didn’t realize they’d be partners with the client.

Apparently 2 years ago, Jojo and Jordan were approached by HGTV and other networks offering them an opportunity to do a pilot on renovating homes and flipping them. At that time J&J we’re already formulating their plans for short term rentals. It wasn’t what HGTV wanted and so that did not happen. Then CNBC approaches them with a show similar to what they wanted to do and so Cash Pad was born .

Thank you Vernie for posting the link. I really enjoyed watching the show. Just found out that Jojo owned 16 rentals. Can’t imagine how much money she invested.

The JJ signage and the post cards are great ideas. Can’t wait to watch for their 2nd episode.
