I remember Jill wouldn’t even read the articles abt Ed bc it was disloyal to her man I would bet the house Hannah is the same way in terms of watching the videos or reading ig or anything.

IMO, the whole Scott situation was orchestrated by production to show all the doubters what a Strong Badass Independent Woman Hannah is, because of all the negativity when she was announced. The problem is that Hannah only adopts this persona when it involves someone she has no interest in. She was the same with Cam’s sob story. But we’ve seen with Luke how she puts on the blinders and makes up a bunch of excuses when it’s someone she really likes. And now it’s the same with Jed. You’re only a “fierce woman” if you’re like that ALL the time, not just when it’s easy for you.

Hannah would come out looking like *cough* a "badass woman" if she dumped Jed. People would actually commend her for not putting up with the bs she said she wouldn't all along, just to be another power couple shilling on Instagram and supporting his music career. ***IMO***

of course i agree with you! Too frustrated with her. BUT you have to remember, she was obviously given a different version of Truth by Jed. Perhaps the usual player's line, "i had a GF just before i came in the show". Operative word was HAD. Jed probably fed her with the half-truth of their relationship was not working out. yada yada Then i fell in love with you...." *180 degree eyeroll*

I dare even say, Jed warned her even that the exGF will harass her/them

so Hannah is plain BLIND then. What is her excuse now? She chooses to believe Jed. Just like Jillian did with Ed. And just like others who chooses to give Jed the benefit of the doubt DESPITE the Tea out there.

What i'm really waiting for is Patrick. How will Hannah handle the info he gathers.

@Cari Thank you ! I tried my best to eliminate any opinion based defense that can be said about Jed and make sure the arguments in his favor are made from a place of knowing all the facts about the scandal.

Honestly I actually did start liking Jed after his behavior post the walk in on Luke massage session and thought he probably grew out of his controlling ways. I mean there was nothing else going for him but at one point I was even ok with him being F1 since he seemed like an OK guy !! I was sort of actually happy that Hannah had a solid F2 to pick from.

Then the rumors of his azz grabbing came out and I though oh well. He is probably kinda broken hearted having to gotten dumped a month ago and shrugged it off as F2 behavior. I also heard about kelly keegs claiming that she had some info on him but it didnt bother me cos who cares ! he is F2 !!

BUTT !! Now that he is revealed as real F1 along with the cherry on the top that is the Peoples article !!! i am sorry but this guy is the WORST !! so he deserves every criticism that is thrown his way. He pretended to not only be single night one he actually snaked his way to F1. He must be thanking his lucky stars that Luke P was around for so long that he could hide under the madness that he brought.

It boils my blood to think that Hannah is going to stand by his cheating untalented azz. I would love to hear a different perspective defending him but I would prefer if it comes from having full knowledge of the whole thing rather than have to clarify the actual details of the scandal every 3 pages and defend his ex in the process.

IMO there is very little that's there to defend him from his recent actions but I don't mind that people like him. Its just the lack of objectivity that irks me. All JMHO !!

This gives insight to how Jed is able to manipulate women . Convincing Hayley why he had to go on the show . It was for the BOTH of them. Why Hannah will keep him. He’s an imperfect man who lost his way and needs Hannah to bring him back to Jesus . He has a record of mistreating women . If Hannah wants to play dumb, so be it . Jed will be on his best behavior because he can’t add to this record ......yet . Jmo

I listened to the Almost Famous podcast just yesterday and Ashley mentioned she spoke to Hannah about the cast photos that were just released that same week they filmed Episode four back in Rhode Island. She mentioned to Hannah that Tyler in particular looked like a fckboy, to which Hannah apparently agreed with. Great advice from Ashley...

And keeping Jed shows her judge of character from past bfs to current fiancé is not pointing north .

2. That’s not what Haley said Jed said. She said he spoke to his mom about the situation and knew he had to tell her about the potential of being on the show. He knew they couldn’t move forward in their relationship unless he gave her the option to leave in the very beginning. He clearly had no issues staying with her once they had this conversation. 

3. Judging by her text proof and letter proof, it seems like Jed is a good manipulator and she bought into it. Can we call her foolish and ridiculous for believing him? Sure, but that doesn’t excuse Jed’s actions.

4. She had a pretty clear answer for why she came out now. She said she had been getting contacted by other outlets to tell her story. We know RS was one of them as he said so. She get it was best to finally tell it so that one of these outlets didn’t leak it on their own. I believe her.

For me it goes far beyond what Jed did with Haley. More and more is coming out about his post-show behavior. If true, and there is a LOT of smoke/fire, he is even more of a bum. To me he is acting like someone who fell into an opportunity to promote himself/music. Now he's in an engagement and acting like a fool. Almost like he wants to get caught and force the break up responsibility upon Hannah. Add coward to my list of names for him.
