Bachelor Australia - Matt Agnew - Season 7 - Screencaps - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I'm giving up for now but I have seen lots of pics from South Africa which have a similar look, with lush grass/lawn growing right up to the beach (place like Coffee Bay etc) and there are helicopter tours that fly to that area.  

But I could be way off - wouldn't be the first time.

And the tree definitely looks like it could be a native South African Acacia to me.

@Astrobach I don't think they could fit all that in one day - the screen caps of Kristen sticking her hands in his bucket bath and rubbing mud on his arms are also from the Kayaking (same clothes). 

Also while helicopters could fly over the Cottage Point area, I don't see where they could land as it's so bushy, and the hills in the yellow shirt pic are a lot further away than the Cottage Point hills.

So, I looked into the helicopter aspect with regards to the area near Cottage point. They do have TOURS flying all over the park and the river...so what if they are standing there, somewhere in the park, romantically watching the scenery and the helicopter is flying in front of them not necessarily FOR them...which would be a ruse in itself...making us think they have a heli date.
Also, the hills got me thinking, the image of South Africa may have similar vegetation but the hills are way more rounded and therefore more ancient than what we see on that S/C . And it’s not just the distance, the shape is different.
The idea of another date and the one day trip in the Mahé island as you mentioned, is showing more sharp and and angular hills that would for better so another possibility?

@Astrobach the girl's hair in the yellow shirt pic looks much longer than Kristen's does at Cottage Point so no way IMO it's that date. If it was Kristen IMO the only way it could be is if it was weeks later at the end of filming, and even then, realistically i don't think her hair could have grown so fast.

Also there isn't really any indication she makes it to the final 4 let alone F2. So all things considered i don't think it can be Kristen. But i'm not totally sold on a match for any of the other girls either. I'm hoping someone pops up in an episode wearing knee high tan boots or a white top to match...

ETA: Another thing that's making me scratch my head is that Matt looks a bit chunky in the yellow shirt, and he seemed to lose weight as the show went on, so it could possibly be a mid-season day trip by helicopter with an MoT such as Julia (I still think it looks like the girl is wearing a hat!).

But then they've already done the helicopter ride with Sogand and I can't see them forking out like that for another MoT.  And I don't see any gum trees.  It just doesn't feel very Australian to me.  And the very brief flash makes me think the scene is significant and therefore more likely to be F2/overseas.

I think it’s a hat/beret as well.

Mahe Island is not exactly a day trip from South Africa. It's way up north and close to India.
The arid type vegetation in the finale pictures does look African though.

Julia has been wearing this hat in the mansion, but it's different (has a peak) and another helicopter date in AU with an MoT would be repetitive IMO.  Plus I really think they need to move on to the dates with the serious contenders soon. 




Also, I just watched the insider guide and they had an unseen bit of Abbie making Matt cocktails with her hair pinned back like this, so maybe that's what I'm seeing, not a hat?  Her ends still seem a bit too blonde to be a match but IDK.

Hmmm, her hair like this does look like a cap - such a contrast in colour but the girl in that helicopter/water/mountains SC has darker hair? I’m getting so confused!

ME TOO!  So confused   It kind of looks like all the top 4/5 in some ways but there's at least one factor with each of them that doesn't fit for me and makes me go hmmmm.... 

I even went back and looked at the pics of Matt's family because I thought, maybe it's a sister, who came to the FRC location to meet the final 2 girls, and it's a sisterly hug.  

But I think he only has brothers.  

Other than Matt standing on the hill at the FRC we don't have anything else that looks overseas and there was such a quick flash of this scene, I think it must be F2 in Sth Africa.

Still on the hunt for those boots...

The TV guide says there are 2 single dates next epi, so surely one must be Chelsie.  I know other F1s had their first date epi5, but it is so late imo

So continuing this conversation from the episode thread, I agree with @Agent99 that it makes sense for Abbie to get the cooking date and the pool is the right shape but the tiles do look different.  

I won't link the address for the Bach Pad (TPTB probably hate us enough already ) but comparing to last year, the tiles look greener.  Have they used a green filter on the camera?  Retiled the pool?

Matt is definitely staying at the same Bach Pad they usually use - these pics from him at the start of filming were taken there as were the ones of Snez et al mid-season - I recognise the furniture.

So all things considered I think you're right  @Agent99 - Abbie at the Bachpad for the cooking date with an after dinner serving of gossip in the pool.  Maybe they had to bleach and re-tile the pool after Sophie & Nick.

I wonder if this date is also what stems the "Matt had sex with one of the contestant" rumours. It makes sense that the rumour was started just before the photoshoot and with how Abbie was in the photoshoot and her getting a physical edit..

 she's a saucy girl and she promised Matt a happy ending!  I think it has to be Abbie, because she is missing from the Somersby date, and I think that will (finally) air epi6.

I can't believe that got past the censors!  She could barely get the words out without laughing and knew exactly how it would be interpreted IMO.  Or maybe I just have a filthy mind.  

And yes, totally right again, no Abbie at Somersby means it must be her SD just prior, good job.
