ok so prediction alicia and gabriela f1 and f2....thinking maybe Alicia f1 if Alex picks with his little alex? did i read that they are having a bachelorette uk? if so i wonder if Gabriela is getting the bachette edit?

@LeapofFaith ITA  I posted before I wonder if Gabriella is getting the Bachelorette edit if she is not F1 because the host has posted about wanting a Bachelorette for the UK. To me Gabriella has the perfect wife material edit for Bette or for F1. It can go both ways. 

I like Alicia too and yes she has her faults but I do think she genuinely likes Alex and is there for him and jealousy is real and the house seems like it's extra twisty and dramatic this season. That his brother's really liked her. Yes she is really close to Gabs too and they've been supportive of each other (I posted in the SM thread how supportive they've been of each other). 

I guessed Gabriella F1 and Alicia F2 and I still think that but based on SCs I need to confirm Gabriella is in Antigua. Currently the SCs I posted I think Alicia definitely is and Charlotte is there too so they are 2 of F3

oh thats interesting! don't they usually hide the f2 in previews??

i haven't looked at SM but that is great that alicia and gabriela support eachother! thats the vibe i get from them 2..i feel like they are probably the most real?

@Bobette I should have clarified better in my post but Alex did not describe Alicia as real. He was describing his feelings for Alicia and his connection with Alicia as real and that's what he told her using the word real to describe his feelings.

Hmmm interesting thanks for clarifying.  I really didn't see Alicia as a genuine contender at all and assumed she was a TPTB "captain's pick" to spice up the season.  I wouldn't have thought she was his type but he's hard to read as others have said (his posh accent had me assuming he'd want more of a "lady" but maybe not).  
I haven't had chance to watch any of the clips but I'm about to watch the episode now and will return with my thoughts - thanks for the link buddy!

@Bobette I saw Alicia as a contender from pre-season just because of how much they pushed her and yes drama but they do that sometimes with frontrunners (think Alex Bach AU with Richie's season, even Taite and how how was pushed and drama ). Having watched until Ep 4 I don't think Alicia is dramatic I think she is there for him and the other girls KNOW she is a contender and Alex is super into her. Her timeline of filming she was away the entire time of filming so I always thought she went far. Then she got the music change and early entrance and intro video. Also that her first episode chat was shown. Usually most F1s chats are shown night one. Or at least those who are frontrunners. 

I think the UK is a bit different too than the other shows so I am trying to think how they think. I still think Gabriella is F1 (clues and gut feeling) but I think Alicia is who Alex likes and I think Gabriella while he definitely likes her she is the perfect one on paper - wife material and who he would choose with his head.

I don't know what the UK version does but the F1 is usually hidden in season previews and the F2 is shown (at least for Bach AU). Yes me too! 

Not sure when the links for Ep 4 will come up on tvmuse.cc Sometimes they are added quickly, other times some hours later. It is available to watch on https://www.my5.tv/the-bachelor-uk/season-1 but one needs a UK VPN and mine doesn't work anymore for it (I think they changed it so it can't work).

Alex really likes Reanne IMO... and he's a good kisser!  Relaxed, affectionate and genuine.  Almost like they'd done it before.  Wanted a few retakes perhaps?  

I get the feeling she's the kind of girl he'd usually go for in real life (but have no evidence to back that up).  Do we have any info about his exes?

Tara, Tonique, Frankie bitching about the kiss, WTF get over it that's the show.  They just want airtime and the producers lap up any hint of drama.

ETA @AllAboutLove just read your comment above - Alicia could be fulfilling a kind of Lily NZ role i.e. spicy/flirty/exciting.  Not many men can resist that.  

She keeps using the word "competition" (used it night one when talking to Alex and again this ep - while he's saying he sees her as genuine... no accident IMO).

I still see Alicia as more of a producer pick than Alex pick but I'm still only half way through the ep.  I'm up to the bit where he's gushing about Gabriella.  

Asking her if she's ever wanted to rip a man's clothes off in a bar is hilarious and VERY telling.  He's fishing for reassurance which Leads often do with F1 IMO.

OK episode is over.  I didn't see any sparks with Natasha and I think she's too quiet for him.  Gabriella and Reanne are the only two I'm seeing interest in.

So I watched the 4th episode and loved the brothers. I always enjoy when there is a spy on the show and they get to see more of the real personality of the contestants. They did a great job pegging all the women and how their brother would like them. I was impressed that Georgie almost sussed it out by his voice and the tone/cadence.

Some of these women are totally beyond ridiculous...who doesn't know how to cut bread or what steak is? Have they been so pampered that they don't know basic life skills?  

As for the date with Robyn...I wish he would stop saying he fancies everyone. It is becoming annoying to me. Personally, I didn't see much there.

I was surprised by Charlotte this episode. She has basically been MIA up until now and all of a sudden she has the balls to straight up ask Alex and Robyn if they had kissed and then later on the drawing date, she was firing questions right and left. It was a little off putting for me. I get that she wants to get to know him, but it came across as somewhat aggressive and very dry. No wonder he picked Alicia for the SQT.

Speaking of Alicia, her edit became more favourable in this episode. She did well helping in the kitchen during that GD and then again during her time with Alex. She was being funny and charming and I was surprised that she didn't let him kiss her in the hot tub. Now I don't know if that was because she didn't want to have to deal with the other women or if it was just more strategic to leave him wanting more. I tend to lean to the former. It didn't look like strategy to me.

Most of these women are starting to annoy me with their idiotic views on Alex kissing women. So now he has kissed three (including the one basically forced on him by Lois). They should watch the US version where Colton kissed more women the first night than Alex did in four episodes. I won't even get into the FDs. (@Louise are there FD in the UK version? I'm assuming they are a LOT tamer if there are.)

Reanne got on my nerves this episode. All the crying and angst. She does not look ready to date, let alone under these circumstances. Does she not know the concept of this show...like the majority of them? Yes, the lead will kiss multiple people. That is the concept of the show. Now I get a lot of her anxiety was because of the cattiness of the other women, but still. The cocktail party in particular ticked me off. She already had a rose, had been on GDS and had had a 1:1. Some people there had barely spoken to him and she sucked up a ton of his time with her she wants to go home cr*p. I felt like I was watching Colton and Cassie all over again. Part of this I blame on Alex. I get he feels responsible and he likes her and wants her to stay, but I don't get the idea that he desparately wants her to stay because she is "the one". He sees potential, is attracted and feels responsible, but he needs to be responsible and cognisant of the others as well. They sat there ... apparently for almost an hour according to the others ... in front of everyone else, while the other women were ignored. You know it is bad when I agreed with Tara when she finally came over to interrupt!

I was also disappointed with Alex in how he dismissed Gabriella when he first came over to reassure Reanne. That did not seem how he would treat his F1. She on the other hand was lovely in how she talked to Reanne and convinced her to stay. That could be a perfect edit for the F1, but it felt more like a setup for the Bette. I really need to see these two on a single date so I can make up my mind!

Looking forward to the next episode. This is just flying by...I like it!

@Sprite I actually can't remember if there are FD from last time. If so they will probably be tame considering the reactions over kissing.

I think Alex puts a lot of confidence in what his brothers think. Thus he sent Tonique and Tara home, the two women the men liked the least. And the two women they liked Alicia and Charlotte he spent more time with (although he likes them too, he brought up wanting to kiss Alicia to his brothers so she was obviously on his mind).

IA about Charlotte being off-putting. I think he likes how she looks but I don't see compatibility there longterm but the fact the brothers said she reminds them of mum a bit and that she is older and a model etc I think she is a producer pick a bit as well and why she is in the F3. In the season preview she is the aggressor with kissing so to me he's not chasing her and it feels more planned.

IA about Reanne not being ready and wished she had left for her own sake really. I don't believe Alex sees Reanne as "the one" so really it would have been better to have her go sooner than later since she's been divorced and says she doesn't want to get hurt again, etc. I think perhaps it was ego on Alex's part and he does like her but the fact he literally told his brothers when they brought up Reanne that yes they'd kissed but he was thinking of Alicia makes me know he isn't that into Reanne but wants to keep his "options open" so to speak perhaps because there is no "one" for him on the show? I think that's why he says he fancies everyone and he doesn't have

I too need to see more with Gabriella and Alex. We have sleuthed that Alicia and Charlotte are in the F3. No confirmation yet for who the other F3 woman is. Speculating it is Gabriella. But so far nothing to back it up in SCs. IA as others have that Gabriella's edit could be F1 or setup for Bette. IA the way he dismissed Gabriella wasn't how a lead treats his F1? I’m torn. Part of me thinks Alicia for F1.

Looks like he will be kissing Georgie tonight's episode too

Weird how it's been 5 episodes and Gabs hasn't had a single date yet. That's quite late for a F1 if they haven't had a SD

Next week is Ep 6 and Ep 8 is likely HTD and Ep 10 is finale so that's cutting it very close (most F1s don't get a SD that late in the season)  

If she indeed is F1 then that's a dark-horse win purely from SD point of view. And her cocktail drink she named "dark-horse". Hmm.... seems intentional then?

IDK. It doesn’t make sense for Gabriella to be F1 when she hasn’t had a single date already or real alone time?

Are we sure Alicia isn’t F1? She’s got a ton of F1 clues her side too? I need to sleuth more
