In past seasons, it's been said that F1 is not allowed to say no to proposal at the end. But we keep hearing that's a possibility this season. Why do the rules keep changing?

I think everyone needs to remember that these “characters” are real people. Emotions run at a high on this show and we are in a very unique environment. While I very much appreciate the support, please do not drag others through the mud or bully in the process. #TheBachelor

Also, I read somewhere that Caelynn's family moved to Charlotte, NC so she could try for Miss North Carolina title. She had failed Miss Virginia twice, so she gave NC a try.  If that is true, another thing Caelynn and Cassie have in common.
