Has the location of Sophie's skydive date been sleuthed yet? I think it may be Skydive Australia in Wollongong (it's just under 1 hour 30 mins from Sydney). Outfits and planes are similar, close to a match.

Just looked at skydiving Sydney’s web page and they operate in both Wollongong and Newcastle. IMO Newcastle skydive could coordinate with hunter valley. Wonder if hunter valley is a possible over night date?

Yep... I would say she was there during the F3 dates and then off to New Caledonia for F2. That's my guess.
