I was wondering where the location of this SC could be: Bahamas, Thailand or Maldives. I don't think it's the Bahamas because the colours of the pillows don't have that feel, so to me they could be the latter two and I'm leaning towards the Maldives (although I've never been there) because the pillows didn't scream Thailand to me either.

So if it's the Maldives, then, this would have to be a LCD. I've lightened it a bit and flipped it due to the watch being on the left wrist.

When I sleuth, I take the position of being unspoiled and therefore unbiased. The first thing I focused on was although I couldn't see the guys hair, I did noticed there was a "shine" on his hair and the next thing was the white runners. I could help but think that it was Jason due to his gelled hair and he does own white sneakers which he wore on the spa date. I know that there are spoilers of the FRC, but I can't shake the feeling that there's  something amiss.

So here are some of my observations: it’s really hard to guess which guy it is based on this photo. Clothing is a pair of tan slacks and dark blue polo shirt. White sneakers, probably many wear those. I see a ressemblance of the pillow from the Thailand pix. But what is more indicative to me is the background with lots of mature trees. I do not think the Maldives location has that kind of flora in the island resort they were at. Chang Mai may be more likely to have that. I will check around again for more clues.

ETA: I just checked the gallery for the Taladya in Chang Mai and I really think this was shot there, on the grounds. It would fit with the background greenery, the cushion and general fabric color and style. My vote is that it’s Jason in Chang Mai, maybe right before the FS...

Good observation, but she is not wearing the same dress as where she is crying.

@Astrobach I also see a good variety of vegetation in this link from the Maldives which could match with the picture.

True, I thought of that as well. This is certainly the evening part of a date, so anyone else could have been there?
ETA I think if we find the guy who wears that watch... we got it. So does Blake wear one, or Garrett? I do know Jason does, gotta try and match it.

OK. @richmondrose here is what I found out. Garrett wears a watch on his right wrist. Both Jason and Blake wear a watch that have dark/ black wristband. Now I just saw the pic of Blake at their last date in Vegas and guess what ? He is wearing some long tan pants that matches the ones on the photo. So maybe it’s actually Blake, hence a different night and dress for Becca.

ETA OK after watching the preview again, no doubt it IS BLAKE, somehow a few frames before we see him sitting on the left side, and his face is completely visible, and then the scene is flipped. Anyway, same clothes and position.

@ Astrobach, are you referring to this sc, because if you are (imo) I think these are two different dates.  Different cushions, different lanterns, no sofa. First sc is indoors, the second one is outdoors.

Although guys seems to be wearing the same clothing I really suspect it is not Blake in the second scenario. Becca is also not wearing the same clothes in the first sc as she is in the second.

Pretty sure that's Garrett because he's the only guy who wears a watch on his right hand. Jason and Blake wear it on their left.

Pretty sure it’s Garett too. The watch look the same in is one on one on is left hand. It wouldn’t surprise me that that the last picture is flipped

I flipped the picture … The editors quite often flip pictures to fool the audience. In fact it could be on either wrist because we don't know whether the editor did it this time or not.

Unless Garrett shaves completely I don't think it's him. His skin around his facial area always seems to have a 'shadow' and not baby skin smooth. JMO.
